Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Not all rogues are skulkers, some prefer the up close and personal approach.

Proficiencies

When you take this subclass, you gain proficiency with medium armor and improvised weapons.

Tough as a Nail

When you take this subclass, your hit point maximum increases by 3 and increases by 1 again whenever you gain a level in this class.

Shank

Starting at when you select this subclass at 3rd level,

  • You have advantage on attack rolls against targets you are grappling.
  • You can use Sneak Attack with improvised or light weapons if you have advantage on the attack roll.

Grab 'n Stab

At 9th level,  when you take the Attack action and grapple a creature, you can use your bonus action to make a melee attack against it.

Hog-Tie

Starting at 9th level, as an action, you can attempt to tie a creature grappled by you if you have at least 20 feet of rope - doubled for every size category larger than Medium and halved for every category smaller.

Make a contested Strength (Athletics) check - defender can choose to use Dexterity (Acrobatics) instead. If you succeed, your target is restrained and prone. Target or another creature can use an Action to attempt a Strength (Athletics) or Intelligence (Investigation) check (DC: your original Strength (Athletics) result) to break the restraint.

Size Matters Not

Starting at 13th level, you can attempt to grapple creatures regardless of their size. If they're at least 2 sizes larger than you, this grapple does not reduce their movement speed, but you can choose to move with them without using any of your movement.

Knock Out

Starting at 17th level, the first time on a turn you deal damage equal to at least half the remaining hit points to a creature you're grappling, they go unconscious for one minute.
