Base Class: Blood Hunter
Long ago, after a war waged by two gods, a group of hunters was sent to investigate the site of the final battle. What they found was the corpse of a fallen god, it’s blood exposed to the world, pooling below. It was here that the Order of Ichor was formed. They created a ritual of which one must drink of the “Ichor,” the god’s golden lifeblood. To most, the Ichor is a deadly poison, it’s godly power too much for mortals to handle; but those that survive the drinking are left forever altered. Their once crimson blood now golden as the sun, the mark of their departure from mortality. Hunters of the Order of Ichor set their sights upon beings who would seek to misuse the power of a god. Empyreans of battle, their divine blood can be used to aid and empower both their allies and their abilities.
Medicinal Maledictor
Your Order has researched and studied the wounds of countless beings and the techniques needed to mend them. When you choose this Order at 3rd level you gain proficiency in the Medicine skill and Healer’s Kits.
Ichor Infusion
Starting when you choose this Order at 3rd level you have learned to harness the power of Ichor, the golden blood of the gods. While that which flows through your veins is now diluted, its divine powers have permeated your blood, making it akin to the nectar of the gods. Whenever you score a critical hit or reduce an enemy to 0 hit points, you gain an Ichor Point. You can hold a number of Ichor Points equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1). In addition, you learn the Rite of Ichor esoteric rite (detailed below). The Rite of Ichor is different from other rites, not only can it be used to enhance your weapons, it can also be infused into others to regain vitality.
Rite of Ichor. Your rite damage is acid damage. As a part of the same bonus action used to invoke this rite, you may expend the rite and an Ichor Point to perform one of the following:
You can heal another creature within 5 feet of you equal to one roll of your Hemocraft die + your Constitution modifier.- Next time you amplify a blood curse you can do so without sacrificing additional hit points.
- You can invoke one of your Crimson Rites on another creature’s weapon, acting as if you were holding it.
Regenerative Reprisal
Starting at 7th level you have learned to take advantage of an enemy’s attack to strike back at them. When you are hit with a melee attack by a creature you can see, you can use your reaction to immediately make an attack against them, on a successful hit you heal 1d4 hit points. This healing increases to 2d4 at 11th, 3d4 at 15th, and 4d4 at 18th. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of once) and regain all uses upon finishing a long rest.
Godly Vigor
By 11th level, the Ichor has begun to augment your life essence itself, making it stronger and more active. At the start of each of your turns, if you have at least 1 hit point and no more than half of your maximum hit points left (rounded down), you regain hit points equal to 1 + your Constitution modifier.
Brand of Fountaining Life
Beginning at 15th level, your Brand of Castigation now expunges the lifeblood of slain foes, invigorating you and your allies. Whenever a branded creature dies, all allied creatures within 5 feet of them heal hitpoints equal to a roll of your hemocraft die.
Blood of the Gods
At 18th level, the godly blood flowing through your veins has regained its divine splendor and celestial vigor, you no longer need to eat or drink, you cannot be aged magically, and you only age 1 year for every 3 years that pass.
You also gain the Blood Curse of Golden Nectar for your Blood Maledict feature. This does not count against your number of blood curses known.
Blood Curse of Golden Nectar
Prerequisite: 18th level, Order of Ichor
As an action, you can choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you, it regains hit points equal to one roll of your hemocraft die + half your blood hunter level.
Amplify. The creature now regains hit points equal to two rolls of your hemocraft die + half your blood hunter level.

Posted Dec 16, 2023I absolutely love this ! The origin and lore surrounding it is pretty great and I love the fact that it becomes a blood hunter healer !
However I can't help but notice that most of the features use Constitution and not Intelligence which is a bit of a shame if I want to create a doctor character. But that's only my opinion it's a very great and, I believe, balanced subclass !
