Base Class: Sorcerer
Your blood is filled with the natural authority of someone born to a throne. Your bloodline provides you with the divine right to rule and your magic is an extension of that.
Royal Magic
You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class. Each spell counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of sorcerer spells you know. These spells can’t be replaced when you gain a level in this class.

Word of Law
At first level when you can cast the command spell by expending one sorcery point. By casting the spell in this way the target has disadvantage on its saving throw.
Natural Authority
Your Royal blood seems to give you an natural authority that others recognise. You gain proficiency in the persuasion skill when you choose this subclass.
You gain the ability to instruct commoners with ease, as long as the instruction is following common sense.
You can double your proficiency bonus on persuasion checks with nobles, lord, ladies and monarchs.
Explanation
I wanted to expand on the following common sense instruction as part of the above. Imagine there are two towns that don't like each other the town your are in is about to come under attack from orcs, You tell a commoner to send a runner to the next town to warn them. They normally would not of done it, but as your instruct it they are inclined to follow as if the were instructed by someone in authority. However if you were to walk into a shop and demand they gave you all their items, they would never do this even if you were their king. Its just not common sense for them to give up their lively hood to a stranger. Hope this was a useful explanation.
Royal Presence
At 6th level you can use 2 sorcery points to summon a magical crown of light on your head, while the crown is out Creatures who are normally immune to charm effects simply have advantage on the saving throws. Creatures that have resistance to charm and have advantage on the saving throws now no longer have advantage. Also any creature who would normally have no resistance to charm effects now has disadvantage on any saving throws. The crown lasts for 1 minute or until you dismiss it as a bonus action.
Right to Rule
At 14 level while your crown of light is active, if you cast a spell of first level or higher that has a charm effect and it is successful, you regain the spell slot and 1 sorcery point.
Sovereign Form
At 18th level you can activate your crown of light with 1 sorcery point. Also while in this form you have the abilities of the Spirit Shroud Spell. While in this Form you can use 3 Sorcery points to cast Summon Celestial Spirit. This is cast at 5th level.
