Base Class: Barbarian
^^^
Slithering Retreat
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can quickly advance and retreat using slithering and winding movements. While raging, you may take the disengage action as a bonus action on your subsequent turns.
Inescapable
While raging, you may mark a creature when you hit them with an attack (no action required). This creature becomes the object of your frenzy, you have advantage on survival checks to track them and you know the direction to the target if it is within a mile of you. Additionally, you deal an additional 1d4 psychic damage to the target and you have disadvantage on attack rolls against other creatures.
You can release this mark by using an action, it can also be destroyed if the target is subject to a dispel magic (spell level equal to half your barbarian level).
The psychic damage you deal against your marked target increases as you gain levels in this class: 1d6 (5th), 1d8 (11th), 1d10 (17th).
Serpentine Awareness
Beginning at 6th level, you can almost taste the blood of creatures around you. You have blindsight up to 15 feet around you but you can only perceive living creatures with this feature.
The range of this sense increases to 30 feet at 11th level and 60 feet at 17th level.
Sudden Strike
At 10th level, you can quickly take down targets. You have advantage on attack rolls against creatures that have not acted in initiative yet, additionally, you deal an additional die of psychic damage from the "Inescapable" trait if applicable.
Mind-Spinning Blow
Starting at 14th level, you attack with such speed and force your prey rarely gets the chance to fight back. When you hit a creature surprised by you they must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your strength modifier) or be stunned until the end of your next turn.
