Base Class: Monk
Only monks with minds capable of seeing time as a churning roil and not constant can follow the tradition of churning time, for the few monks capable the way of churning time offers the ability to manipulate time with the power of ki. Monks of the churning time can seem strange and distant from the perspective of an outsider but are in fact enlightened, and constantly contemplating timelines past and future so that they can make decisions that some would see as outrageous.
Minor time manipulation
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, your walking speed increases by 15ft and once per turn you can spend 1 ki point to re roll an attack roll, ability check or saving throw that uses dexterity, constitution or strength.
Time Step
At 6th level, you gain the ability to once per turn while in combat as a bonus action spend 2 ki points to re roll your initiative, you can choose to subtract your initiative modifier instead of add before the roll.
Greater time manipulation.
As an action, you can spend 1 ki point to cast Modify Memory, Slow, Blink, or Haste, without providing material components. You also have advantage on opportunity attacks.
Time mastery
While rolling initiative you can spend 2 ki points per creature to mark up to 3 creatures + 1 for every monk level beyond 17, these creatures get - 3 to their initiative score additionally for 10 minutes these creatures have disadvantage on dexterity checks and saving throws and cant make opportunity attacks against you.
