Crystal-Bite Infected

The plague is called Crystal-Bite, it causes immense changes to the Afflicted, first it inflicts the victim with a deathly fear of Heat, Specifically Fire, as the infection thrives in Cold or not hot environments, then it moves through the blood stream and starts to.. Replace the heart with a more Magic Based Crystal, these effects cause the infected to feel much more vigorous and Healthy, they also gain more magical prowess from the heart and may cast spells and use magic they didn't possess before. As the infection progresses it in turn spreads from the chest cavity to the surrounding skin, causing the skin around the chest to take on a more Crystalline appearance, the crystals range from blue to iridescent. Once the chest cavity has been changed it spreads to the thighs and shoulders and then to the arms, once it reaches the arms then it produces weapons and starts replacing bone with crystal all over the body, by now the skin all over would have protruding crystal spikes and skin torn in those areas. Then after spreading to the head it protrudes out of the victims eyes as they gain the ability to burst crystals in an area around them affecting all that they choose and possibly infecting them, after the transformation is complete the crystals turn a shade of black and can be broken off on their enemies to infect, and continue the life cycle.
