Base Class: Rogue
Not all rogues take the assassination path the same way. Not all use the shadows as much as they use their blades, and some of them don't nees to worry about being caught.
Rogue assassins are akin to snakes. Using the shadows until it is right to strike, and then their blades are already deep within your neck, but also having enough agility to execute any unfortunate man to get in their way, stealthed or not.
Assassin's Mark
Starting at 3rd level, whenever you succeafully hit a melee attack on a target, you can, instead of using your Sneak Attack, brand the creature with an Assassin's Mark. When making attacks against Marked targets, any Finesse weapon you hold gains 5 extra reach, and you don't need to have advantage to apply sneak attack, only to not have disadvantage. When you hit a marked creature, the mark is lost.
You can only have one Marked Creature. When another creature is branded, the last one loses its mark.
Shuriken Skillshot
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, your agility becomes unmatched. Whenever you hit a creature with an ranged thrown attack, you can use your bonus action to move to an adjacent spot of that target. If the creature already spent their action on this round, then you can make one unarmed attack with your reaction, however, no buff or bonus to damage may apply (such as a monk's Martial Arts).
When you use this feature, you must wait for 10 minutes before you can use it again.
Twilight Shroud
Starting at 9th level, you can, as an action, create a fog shroud of 15ft. radius centered within 20ft. of you. The fog hides you and your allies as if you were invisible while also heavily obscuring the terrain. The fog can't be removed by nonmagical means (such as strong winds) but can by magical means (such as Dispel Magic). When you create this shroud, you instantly teleport to the center of the fog.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you make a short or long rest.
Perfect Execution
By 13th level, you have learned enough about blades and human anatomy so you can create the perfect execution technique. As an action, you can leap in the direction of any creature within 25ft. of you, dealing (2d8 + your dexterity modifier) piercing damage. On the next turn, you can make another dash, without targeting, that deals 3d10 slashing damage and for each 15 hit points the target has lost, you deal an extra amount of damage equal to your dexterity modifier.
If you kill an creature with the 2nd dash of "Perfect Assassination", you recover your "Twilight Shroud" feature.
You can only use this feature once per short or long rest.
Bladestorm
When you reach 17th level, you have become the master of the blade. Whenever you critically hit a creature or kill a creature with a melee attack, you can move your walking speed and make one Bladestorm attack.
