Base Class: Bard
Fate, in the literal term, is something you make for yourself, every action has a reaction, unlike the cosmic sense of fate, where everything is already determined. You either claim it as a right to make your own destiny, or gamble your chances on luck to lead your way. On your travels, you have learnt how to bend fate in your favor, with an acute sense of the laws of physics, or with a little help from the gods.
Fortune's Favorite
When you join the College of Fate at 3rd level, you gain the ability to bend luck more favorably. When you roll a 1 on the d20 for an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll.
Additionally, a creature that has a Bardic Inspiration die from you can reroll that die if it rolls a 1, and must use the new result.
Opportunist
Also at 3rd level, your attunement to fate lets you use Bardic Inspiration as a reaction.
Fortune Favors the Bold
At 6th level, you see the possibilities of your actions. When you make a roll with disadvantage, you can spend a use of your bardic inspiration, and instead roll with advantage.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Fateweaver
At 14th level, When a creature with a Bardic Inspiration die from you is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, they can roll their Bardic Inspiration die and instantly regain that amount of hit points.
Additionally, a creature who can either see or hear you can now be given a Bardic Inspiration die, even if they are unconscious.
