Base Class: Bard
College of Mimicry: be a mime.
Silent Casting
When you join the College of Mimicry at 3rd level, you ignore the requisite of a Vocal component for the casting of spells, being able to cast any spell without speaking.
Additionally, you have a bonus of +1 to your spell attacks and DC that lasts until you speak. It recharges on a long rest.
Air Weapon
Also at 3rd level, you learn how to use your skills to make a mime weapon materialize in your hands for 10 minutes. The weapon is invisible and it vanishes as soon as it is used. Instead of an attack roll, the user makes a performance check with advantage to hit, and the damage is the same as it would be with a standard weapon, except it is force damage. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your charisma modifier after every long rest.
Materialize Qualia
At 6th level, you learn how to create objects and conditions based on your mime skills. The amount of times you use this ability is shared with the Charisma limiter from Air Weapon.
The following are the possible options that you may utilize:
Box: As an action, you trace a box that is big enough to be around you, and it materializes blending with the terrain (wood or metal) and hiding what is inside.
Cage: As an action, you grip the bars of an appearing cage that may be around or in front of you. It is 30 feet cubed and made out of iron.
Rope: As a bonus action, you extend your hand next to a surface and create up to 500 feet of invisible rope that lasts for an hour. You may climb the rope with a performance check.
Plank: As an action, you may use 5 feet of your movement to step forward where previously there was no ground. As a 30 feet wooden plank appears beneath you, it is immovable, and intangible to others.
Wind (level 14): As an action, at the beginning of your turn, you may have your movement halved, in order to summon extremely fast winds you are impervious to. Every object on the grounds flies distant, and each character present besides you, must succeed a constitution save DC 20, or become prone. The 50 feet squared area is considered difficult terrain except to you. You determine the direction.
Natural Copycat
At 14th level, you gain the ability to magically copy the knowledge of how to cast a spell from another spellcaster.
Immediately after a creature casts a spell, as a reaction you may copy the knowledge of the spell if it is at least 1st level and of a level you can cast (it doesn't need to be a bard spell). For the next hour, you know the spell and can cast it using your spell slots.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short rest.
