Some people tend to grow weak as the day goes on and tiredness sets in, you are very comfortable on this edge and frequently straddle it and embrace life like this, you are a restless soul and work hard until the job is done, you value the completion of a job and won't let anything stand in your way. 
You can rest when you are dead is your motto and your willing to show everyone that by devoting yourself to that way.

 

Restless Watcher

Being a monk full of determination you do not require to sleep at all so you can watch over your friends as they sleep. You can take the watch of a long rest while half asleep getting a full rest while also taking watch, this will give you disadvantage on the watch as you are only half awake. 

Restless sight

Your senses are heightened when your eyes are closed. You can expend one Ki point to close your eyes and open your inner eye increasing your senses of the surrounding area increasing the range of which you can hear and smell, you gain a +10 to your perception if it does not require sight, in addition, you gain the effects of the spell See Invisibility.

Restless life

Even wounds can not stop you from continuing your mission, when knocked unconscious or downed in combat you can expend 1 Ki point to remain standing and maintain half your movement speed and can expend an additional 1 Ki point to attack at disadvantage. You will continue to make death saving throws in this state. 

Restless protection

 Your defences are hard to break and your body is strong. As a reaction, you can spend 2 Ki to add your wisdom or dexterity modifier on top of your armour class or the armour class of an ally within 5ft. 

Restless Wisdom

 You are wise beyond your years and after so much time learning new skills and knowledge you have become one of the wisest people alive. Your wisdom modifier in increased to a +7 (or 24)
