Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks of the way of the timeless soul seek to master the flow of time and excel at controlling the ebb and flow of combat. The inspiration for this order comes from Limbo and the githzerai monks that have already mastered the art. Monks of this order seek the complete understanding of time and what it means to exist in its ever changing flow, and perhaps to surpass the githzeri masters.

Minor Flow

Upon choosing this tradition at level 3, you gain a minor control over the flow of time. Allowing you to add your wisdom modifier to your initiative roll.

Minor Time Stop

Beginning at third level when you choose this tradition, you gain the ability to seemingly pause time around for  short time. As a result you move cross the battle field as a blur, doubling your movement speed and gaining a plus 2 to your AC for 1 round.

Temporal Strike

Starting at 6th level, you gain the ability to manipulate the flow of time for others. As a reaction to being attacked by melee, you may spend 2 ki points to send the creature forward in time. The creature must succeed a wisdom saving throw against your ki save DC or move 1 round forward in time. A target moved forward in time vanishes for the duration, reappearing at the end of your next turn. When the effect ends the target reappears in the same space it left or an adjacent empty space.

Vision

At 6th level your body and soul have become more attuned to the passing of time, and can even glimpse into the future. When you take the attack action on your turn, you may spend 1 ki points to enter a sort of trance in which you can easily predict your opponent's moves. You gain advantage on your attack rolls for the next two turns.

Reverse Flow

At 11th level you gain to reverse the flow of time around yourself. As a reaction, you may spend 5 ki points to reverse an amount of time on yourself to eliminate the damage taken from the last attack. When this occurs you return to the space you were in when the previous turn or an adjacent space if it is occupied. You regain any hit points, spell effects, etc that were lost in that round, you may choose to do this after learning how much damage was done.

Halt the Flow

At 17th level, you have mastered the abilities to restrict and accelerate the flow of time. As an action, you may spend 5 ki points to stop time for everyone but you. As a bonus action you can spend the key points to make an additional 6 unarmed strikes against your opponent, these attacks have advantage and any critical attacks double all damage totalled. (Maximum of one critical hit per use.
