Base Class: Bard
A bard who joins this college are masters of story telling. Able to tell a tale of magic and wonder at the drop of a hat. Their true strength however, comes when a soft lullaby has put a creature to sleep and they can enter the dreamscape. These bards are able to weave the fabric of reality and intertwine it with that of their dreams.
Story Book
At 3rd level, you acquire a book of fairy tales and other fantasy fiction. You can use your action to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration to open the book and read aloud ‘Once upon a time…’ followed by anything you wish to happen in that moment. The basic use of this feature is to duplicate any spell equal to your highest level spell slot or lower. You don't need to meet any requirements in that spell, including Components. The spell simply takes Effect. Alternatively, you can use this feature to do anything reasonably within the power of your current character level, up to the discretion of the DM. This includes any ability checks or saving throws the DM would have you make. If targeting a creature, the creature’s CR versus the player’s current level should play into the outcome of the effect.
You can only use this feature once per long rest.
Lullaby
At 3rd level, you learn the spell Sleep. This does not count as a known spell. When casting the spell, you can add your Charisma modifier to the roll.
Dream Sequence
Starting at 6th level, you can use your action to enter the dreams of someone you can touch who is asleep or unconscious. The feature works much like the Dream spell, with you as the messenger.
Sweet Dreams
At 14th level, before taking a long rest, you can recall a tale of wonder and magic. After gaining the effects of the long rest, each creature that listened to the story gains a d6 Bardic Inspiration die without expending any uses of your Bardic Inspiration.
A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.
