Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

A master of stealth and precision, the sniper brings death to unsuspecting foes with ease. With one well placed shot, a sniper can bring down an empire.

Firearm Proficiency

Starting when you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with firearms, allowing you to add your proficiency bonus to attacks made with firearms. You also gain proficiency in Tinker’s Tools. (All the firearm rules apply as seen in the Fighter subclass Gunslinger).

Headshot

At 3rd level, you master the art of patience and precision. You can spend your action, bonus action and movement to make a single attack through a scoped firearm. On a hit, this attack counts as a critical hit.

You can only Headshot living creatures with discernible anatomies—undead, constructs, oozes, plants, and incorporeal creatures lack vital areas to attack. Any creature that is immune to critical hits is not vulnerable to Headshots.

You cannot use this feature two rounds in a row.

Thermal Sight

At 9th level, When aiming through a firearm's scope, enemies are highlighted to you, in an effect similar to faerie fire. While aiming down the sights of a scoped firearm, you can ignore concealment and cover bonuses (aside from total cover) from any source, including magical effects.

Quickdraw

At 9th level, if you are holding a two-handed firearm, you can use a bonus action to swap to a one handed firearm.

Ghost

Starting at 13th level, you blend in with your surroundings, allowing you to be an unseen threat. While laying prone or propped against cover, you may become invisible. You remain invisible until you either move, lose the cover, or reveal yourself. You may use this ability at will.

One Shot, One Kill

While other classes may focus on getting as many attacks off as possible, you prefer to fight with a few well placed shots. At 17th level, when making a successful attack with your Headshot, if the target has less than 75 hit points, it dies instantly.

You can only use this feature once per long rest.
