Base Class: Paladin
Tenets of Radiance:
A paladin who takes this oath must live by it. To break the oath, even once, can kill the spren with which they are bonded.
Life before death. A Radiant seeks to defend life, always. He never kills unnecessarily, and never risks his own life for frivolous reasons. Living is harder than dying. The Radiant's duty is to live.
Strength before weakness. All men are weak at some time in their lives. The Radiant protects those who are weak, and uses his strength for others. Strength does not make one capable of rule; it makes one capable of service.
Journey before destination. There are always several ways to achieve a goal. Failure is preferable to winning through unjust means. Protecting ten innocents is not worth killing one. In the end, all men die. How you lived will be far more important to the Almighty than what you accomplished.
Channel Divinity
Your Oath allows you to channel divine energy to fuel magical effects. Each Channel Divinity option provided by your oath explains how to use it.
When you use your Channel Divinity, you choose which option to use. You must then finish a short or long rest to use your Channel Divinity again.
Some Channel Divinity effects require saving throws. When you use such an effect from this class, the DC equals your paladin spell save DC.
Abjure the Guilty
You crush someone under the weight of their own guilt. As an action, you can choose one creature you can see within 60 feet, and force them to succeed on a Charisma saving throw equal to your Channel Divinity save DC. On a failure, the target's movement is reduced by half, they can't take reactions, and their attack rolls have disadvantage for a minute. The target may repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns.
Armor of Will
You fortify your allies with your force of Will. Select up to 5 allies you can see touching the ground within 30 feet of you. As an action, you command the stone upon which they stand to augment their defenses, adding your Charisma modifier to their AC for the next minute.
Ashes to Ashes
You attempt to disintegrate an object or creature with a touch. As an action, you target an object or creature within melee range. Make a melee spell attack against your target. You have advantage on the roll if you are targeting an object. On a hit, you deal a number of fire damage equal to 1d8 times your paladin level. A target or object killed or destroyed in this manner is disintegrated, burned to ashes.
Emissary of Unity
You connect with the spirits of those around you. As an action, you can understand all languages. Creatures who can hear you, no matter the language you speak, can understand you. Creatures of your choice must succeed on a Charisma saving throw equal to your spell save DC or be charmed by you for 1 hour, willing to aid you in tasks that won't put them in immediate moral peril. After this charm expires, they don't know that they were charmed.
Many Faces
You use stormlight to create illusions, masking your presence to those around you. As an action, you can disguise yourself with stormlight. The disguise must follow the rules of the Disguise Self spell, except your disguise is invisible to spells such as Detect Magic.
Powerful Roots
You imbue stormlight into the plants around you, commanding them to grow. As an action, you may cause plants within 30 feet of you grow rapidly, making the ground difficult terrain. Creatures you designate within the radius must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or become restrained.
Reverse Lashing
You imbue an object with a Reverse Lashing, using it to shield your allies from harm. As an action, you select an object worn or carried on you, and infuse it with stormlight. For the next minute, any ranged attack that targets a creature within 30 feet of you instead targets you, and gain a -2 penalty to hit you.
Soulcasting
You convince the soul of an item to change. As an action, you may choose a Large or smaller object you can see within 60 feet, and change the material it is made from into one of the following materials: air, smoke, fire, glass, wood, blood, oil, metal, stone, or meat. A soulcasted object is under no obligation to maintain its original shape, and behaves exactly how the material would.
Stone Forge
You can shape objects to your will. Over the course of an hour, you may shape any stone in range into a Large or smaller inanimate object. You need not have seen the physical object you are trying to create, so long as you know exactly what you are creating. The final object has the density and durability of steel, magically imbued by stormlight.
Truthseeker
You banish falsehoods where they stand. As an action, you utter a Truth. For the next 10 minutes, you gain truesight up to a range of 10 feet. This increases to 30 feet at level 18.
Undying Storm
The storm raging within you heals you, allowing you to continue to fight. As a bonus action, you may heal yourself for a number of hit points equal to twice your paladin level. You may spend 5 hit points from that pool to rid yourself of an effect cured by Lesser Restoration, or spend 10 points to rid yourself of an effect cured by Greater Restoration.
The Second Ideal
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you also swear the Second Ideal, and pledge yourself to one of the Ten Orders of Radiance. Each order has unique abilities and capabilities, with different oaths for each.
Bondsmith
Words of the Second Ideal:
I will unite instead of divide. I will bring men together.
Bondsmiths are leaders. Peacemakers. There can only ever be three Bondsmiths in existence, who serve as leaders of their orders. They travel to far off lands, and work to settle peace between warring states, always preparing for the real threat.
Dustbringer
Words of the Second Ideal:
I will fight for others, not for myself.
Dustbringers are capable of immense destruction, but believe that a strong will is necessary to control such power. They are reserved, and prefer to use their abilities in a controlled and nuanced manner, despite the fact that the most powerful dustbringers could destroy large swathes of land.
Edgedancer
Words of the Second Ideal:
I will remember those who have been forgotten.
Edgedancers consider it their solemn duty to remember that they are servants of the people, and see it as their duty to care for the ordinary people of the world. They prefer serving as medics or scouts, but can be lethal in battle if need be.
Elsecaller
Words of the Second Ideal:
I will weight the facts, for emotions are untrustworthy.
Elsecallers were liaisons, emissaries to far off lands. They could directly manipulate matter in Shadesmar, and had a special proclivity for Soulcasting.
Lightweaver
Lightweavers hold no oaths, unlike other orders. They instead speak Truths, as a way to remind them of where the line is.
Lightweavers are spies, diplomats, and entertainers. They comprise of artists, musicians, and other expressive arts. They value the beautiful parts of life, and can't imagine a world without it.
Skybreaker
Words of the Second Ideal:
I will put the law before all else.
Skybreakers are enforcers, law personified. They follow the laws of wherever they go, enforcing with ruthless precision.
Stoneward
Words of the Second Ideal:
I will stand where others fall.
Stonewards are soldiers. Throughout the world, they are widely known for being dependable, strong and filled with resolve, but also stubborn to a fault and prone to taking on projects larger than themselves. They take pride in this -- to be there when they are needed is a core tenet of their order.
Truthwatcher
Words of the Second Ideal:
I will face the future with courage, so long as it is right.
Truthwatchers are reserved, seeking to flatten abuses of power and reveal the truth wherever they go. They were philosophers, scholars, scientists, and tinkerers - devoting their lives to finding the truth.
Willshaper
Words of the Second Ideal:
I will will guide and protect others on their journey.
Willshapers are liberators, both freeing those who were physically captive and aiding those who espoused new and radical ideas. They task themselves with building and supporting societies; they aid those who resist tyranny and oppression. They are also literal builders -- in times of peace, they use theirs powers to aid in constructing buildings and infrastructure, as well as training those who live there; in times of war, they fortify towns; and after the battle was over they, like their patron Herald, travel to teach people of crafts such as bronzeworking or sanitation.
Windrunner
Words of the Second Ideal:
I will protect those who cannot protect themselves.
Windrunners are protectors, vanguards, and scouts. They own the skies, and control the wind. The oaths of the windrunners revolve around protecting others.

You are granted 3/4 cover while behind a barricade. If the attack misses you, it instead hits the barrier. It is no wider than 5 feet on any side, and you can only have one barricade active.
