Base Class: Warlock
Warlocks that choose the Reaper as their patron often have a fascination with death and the afterlife. They see the eternal sleep as an extension of mortals' natural purpose in the multiverse, and see those who try to escape it through means of undeath as enemies of nature. The Reaper in turn gives their warlocks means to eradicate those who would violate those precious laws.
Expanded Spell List
The Reaper lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Grim Presence
Starting at 1st level, you constantly emanate an aura of death. Whenever a hostile creature within 10 feet of you and that you can see is reduced to an amount of hit points equal to or less than your Charisma modifier + your warlock level, they instead drop to 0 hit points.
Call Upon the Dead
Starting at 6th level, whenever a creature dies within 30 feet of you, you can use your reaction to create a shadow at their location under your control. The shadow acts on it's own initiative, but you control it's movement and actions. The shadow disappears after 1 hour or if it's reduced to 0 hit points.
Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
Deathly Form
Starting at 10th level, you gain immunity to being frightened, and resistance to both necrotic and poison damage.
Angel of Death
Starting at 14th level, you can temporarily become an avatar of death itself. As an action, you gain the following features for 1 minute:
- At the start of your turn, creatures within 30 feet of you and that you can see take necrotic damage equal to your Charisma modifier.
- The range of the Grim Presence feature is extended to 30 feet.
- You have immunity to necrotic damage.
You cannot use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest.

Posted Jun 24, 2019I like most of what I see but some of the spell seem more about non-death rather than death.
And the capstone is too powerful.

Posted Oct 7, 2018I do like this, but I have some recommendations for changes
1. Change Ray of Sickness to Inflict Wounds
2. Change Feign Death to Animate Dead
3. Buff Angel of Death. Keep in mind that you'll probably be fighting Adult Dragons by 14th level, and they have at least 185 hp. 5 damage isn't much compared to the tougher monsters.

Posted Oct 6, 2018Note:
ray of sickness and feign death aren't part of the basic rules, so you'll have to add them manually to your character sheet.
