Base Class: Paladin
The Oath of The Charlatan binds a Paladin to a commitment to trickery and deception. While Paladins of Devotion tend to be seen as good and Oath breakers are seen as evil, a Paladin of The Charlatan is more of a deceitful being of chaos.

Starting at 7th level, you and friendly creatures within 10 feet of you have a bonus to Charisma (Deception) and Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) check equal to half your Paladin level (rounded down)
At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
Hey Look Over There
Beginning at 15th level, as an action, you can cause creatures of your choice, within 5 ft. of you to be distracted by a grandiose illusion. This effect lasts for 5 minutes or until those effected are effected by another creature by either spell or attack.
Trickery Incarnate
At 20th level, as an action, you can become an incarnate trickery for 5 minutes.
While in this state, attacks made against those effected by "Hey Look Over There" are critical hits.
In addition, while in this state you can take the Dash, Disengage, Dodge, or Hide actions as a bonus action.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
