Warlock
Base Class: Warlock

Your patron is the entities that occupy the space between realms, known only as the Tullesk, a race of beings that hunt the empty space between the realms for any open door, and devour all that they meet. These beings have no motivation for anything beyond devouring. They are not inherently evil or good, they are simply neutral. They strive not for power, for they are power, they strive not for knowledge, for they are knowledge. A warlock of this type might follow the Tullesk as a whole, or one of the few Tullesk to be named by their unfortunate victims, such as Uldax the Devourer, or Tussax the All Seeing

A View of Eternity

Starting at 1st level, you can force a creature to incur some form of madness. As a 1 minute ritual, you can force a creature within 30ft of you to make an Intelligence saving throw against your spell save DC. On a success, the creature is aware that you attempted to meddle with their mind, and their mind is closed to you for 24 hours. On a failure, the creature is subjected to a form of madness from the Short-Term Madness table located on page 259 of the Dungeon Master's Guide. This effect automatically fails if the target has an intelligence score of 3 or lower.

This feature increases in strength as you gain levels in this class, allowing you to use the Long Term Madness table starting at level 7, and starting at level 14, the roll on the table is made with advantage, meaning you roll twice and choose which form of madness from the two results you wish to incur on the target.

You can use this feature an amount equal to your Charisma modifier, and you regain all uses on a short or long rest.

Shifting Visions

Starting at 6th level, you can alter the space around you when in danger, briefly entering the Space Between and appearing elsewhere on the battlefield, leaving an illusion behind. As a reaction, you can teleport to an unoccupied space within 30 feet of you. You reappear invisible, and at the same time an illusory duplicate appears in the space you left. The duplicate lasts for 10 minutes, but the invisibility ends if you attack or cast a spell. You can use your action to move the duplicate up to your speed and have it gesture, speak and behave in whatever way you choose.

You can see through its eyes and hear through its ears as if you were located where it is. On each of your turns as a bonus action, you can switch from using its senses to using your own, or back again. While you are using its senses, you are blinded and deafened in regard to your own surroundings.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Devoured Feeling

Starting at 10th level, the Space Between has stripped so much of you away that you barely feel anything at all, and as such your physique reflects that. You are immune to being Charmed, Frightened, and immune to the Stunned condition.

Maddening Presence

Starting at 14th level, you can alter the world around you, forcing people into the Space Between. As an action, you can force a number of creatures equal to or less than your Charisma modifier into the Space Between, provided they are within 30 feet of you, causing them to disappear until the end of your next turn. At the end of your next turn, they reappear in the space they last occupied, or the nearest unoccupied space, and immediately suffer a form of long-term madness.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
