Base Class: Fighter
death and undeath are inevitable for some people, but some take it as a opportunity of power and invest their time and life to create something with their bare hands and be engulfed by it in awe and move to a different lifestyle and making their own kingdom out of ashes, bones and their corpse, dead and heart barely beaten.
The Bone barons are far from the typical knight and are more like corrupted paladins,without the whole religion side of it or being able to smite, however being able to harness darkness and use necromantic powers to aid them in battle. they are also army commanders, being able to summon undead to replenish the numbers lost . they tag along because they wanted to command a army of their own specialty.
undead assault
you enter a angered and undead state, giving you the following benefits/burdens for a minuet:
- advantage on constitution checks and saves
- 1d4 + constitution modifier hit points
- you deal an extra 1d4 necrotic damage
- your classed as undead and can be affected by spells and abilities that turn undead
this can be used on a short rest.
skull and crossbow-nes
when you have a short rest, you can use the short rest to construct crude ammunition.
the ammunition will deal half the regular amount of damage when fired out of a bow/crossbow
Damage from weapon
Crossbows = 1d4 -1 (hand crossbow)/ 1d4+1(heavy crossbow)/ 1d4 (light crossbow)
Bows = 1d4 (longbow)/1d4 -1 (shortbow)
Dm's rule of thumb: if you have firearms in the setting, they can make bullets, which, using the example of a musket, will also deal half the regular damage of a musket shot (so it will deal 1d6 + dexterity) instead of 1d12 + dexterity.
corpse explosion
when you see a corpse within 30ft, you can make it explode into a shower of blood and gore as a reaction to it falling to 0 hp. everyone in a 10ft radius must make a con save throw, or take 4d6 necrotic damage. this can be used on a long rest
DC for this feature= 8 + constitution modifier + proficiency bonus
death's touch
you imbue your weapon with the icy chill of death.
you deal an additional 1d8 + constitution modifier necrotic damage on a critical hit. if they are below half health, this feature will deal double damage.
this can be triggered an equal number of times to your constitution modifier (minimum of once). you gain all charges on a long rest.
at level 15, the damage die increases to 1d10, and at level 18 the damage die increases to 1d12.
legion-ary resolve
you plunge your weapon(s) into the ground, raising a minor army, you raise 4D10 skeletons (the Dm should have statblocks). these are a group entity, and will all be last in initiative order. this can be used on a long rest.
whilst you're 5ft nearby the friendly undead made by this feature you gain the following:
- you will score a critical hit on a 18-20
- you have advantage on wisdom saves against frightens
- whilst your in dim light or complete darkness, you can use your bonus action to hide. if you succeed the stealth check ,the next attack you make will have advantage for 1 round or until you move 30ft out of dim light or total darkness
- and darkvision of 120ft that isn't imposed by magical darkness
