Base Class: Warlock
The Rilmani are powerful denizens of the Outlands that seek to balance the great conflicts of the world so that their contributors are not wiped out. It would be a disaster for example if the Demons or Devils of the Nine Hells were taking full control of the underworld and focus their full attention on the Prime material plane. Were the denizens of the hells to take out the Celestials all would live in torment but if the Celestials were to wipe them out instead, would the world be subject to strict righteous laws binding our every action be any better? The Rilmani would say not. This is also true of the Chromatic and Metallic dragons. Perhaps the death of too many dragons would even weaken magic as many believe it flows from them. Better to save a Chromatic dragon or two than risk that. The Rilmani Patron might have Good, true natural, and or evil warlocks under his sway sending the right tool for the right job. It doesn’t make since after all to send a good person to save a lich or demon or chromatic dragon intent on destroy a town any more than it makes since to send an evil person try to assist Celestials who would have no willingness to except such help.
