Base Class: Warlock
Some mortals make deals with powerfull hags. These horrible creatures that resemble elderly women can also make a pact and provide powers to the unlucky person that has agreed to such a deal. Hags will never make a deal that does not benifit themselves so it is hard to trust a warlock who has a hag as its patron.

Cursed Tethering
Starting at 1st level, you create a cursed tether between you and your target at their moment of misfortune. When you force a creature to make a saving throw by casting a spell or cantrip, you may create invisible ethereal tether between you and the creature. You can only have one tether active at the same time. Every time the tethered creature makes a saving throw against a spell you may as a reaction deal 1d6 necrotic damage to the creature. The tether damage increases to 2d6 at 5th level, to 3d6 at 9th level and to 5d6 at 17th level.
Misery needs company
Starting at 6th level, your patron uses you to spread misery. Once per short rest, you may as a bonus action create an aura of misery around you for up to 10 minutes. Any creature excluding yourself that makes an ability check, skill check or attack roll within 10 feet of you must do so with disadvantage. If a creature excluding youself misses an attack roll or fails an ability check or skill check within 10 feet of you, you gain temporary hitpoints equal to half your level rounded up.
Hag's Cauldron
Starting at 10th level, you are capable of accessing the more unnatural magic of your patron. You can once per long rest summon a cauldron for 1 hour. If you make a soup by placing this cauldron above a bonfire and boiling the flesh of a creature you have killed for 10 minutes you transform the contents of the cauldron into five servings of a dark red liquid. Anyone who drinks this liquid can choose to gain advantage on any saving throw until its next long rest. Whenever a creature chooses to gain advantage on a saving throw this way it becomes poisoned until the end of its next turn.
Broom Flight
Starting at 14th level, while holding a broom in one hand you gain a flying speed of 60 feet. Additionally you can construct a broom out of a piece of wood in 10 minutes.
