Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Perhaps you were born from the consummation of powerful dragons. Perhaps you are the heir of a draconic clan. Perhaps you were an experiment that fused draconic traits with your kind and you were morphed into this entity. However this power came to you, you are going down the road to dragonhood. With every use of this ability, and as you grow, your draconic traits will continually emerge and you'll become very near to the mythical creatures that you once were nothing but an ant too.

Based entirely on KibblesTasty's 'Path of the Dragon', with modifications (and rewordings), courtesy of me.

Draconic Form

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, when you enter a rage, you take on aspects of a draconic being, growing savage natural weapons as claws grow from your hands, fangs sprout from your maw, and a vicious lashing tail grows from your back which you can use to make unarmed strikes.

ATTACK DAMAGE & DAMAGE TYPE PROPERTIES
Draconic Claw 1d4, Slashing Light
Draconic Tail 1d8, Bludgeoning Reach
Draconic Bite 1d10, Piercing N/A

You also choose a Draconic Heritage. Your Draconic Heritage provides resistance to a corresponding damage type while raging. Your Draconic Heritage will also dictate your 6th level ability Unleash Element's shape, size and damage type.

If you're a Dragonborn and your Draconic Heritage matches your Draconic Ancestry, then instead of resistance, you have immunity to that damage type while raging.

Unleash Elements

Beginning at 6th level, during your rage you can use your action to exhale destructive energy. Your draconic heritage determines the size, shape, and damage type of the exhalation. When you use Unleash Elements, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a saving throw, the type of which is determined by your draconic heritage. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 3d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases 4d6 at 10th level, and 5d6 at 14th level. After you use your Unleash Elements, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.

If you're a Dragonborn with Breath Weapon and your Draconic Heritage matches your Draconic Ancestry, then you deal double damage with this class feature and lose access to your racial feature. If your Heritage and Ancestry are different, your breath weapons are independent of each other and your damage is not increased or modified for your racial breath weapon.

Dragonhide

Beginning at 10th level, the marks of your Draconic path no longer entirely fade when you are not raging. Your heavy scales grant you resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage even when you are not raging. Additionally, you gain resistance to your Draconic Heritage's Elemental Type when not raging. If you're a Dragonborn and your Draconic Ancestry matches your Draconic Heritage, you are immune to that Elemental Type when not raging.

Tyrant of the Skies

Starting at 14th level, when you enter a rage, massive dragon wings sprout from your back. If you are not wearing heavy armor, you gain a flying speed equal to your current speed.

You can’t manifest your wings while wearing armor unless the armor is made to accommodate them, and clothing not made to accommodate your wings might be destroyed when you manifest them.
