Base Class: Bard
Famed for their hulking frames and cocksure strut, the bards of the College of Swagger are dedicated to building (and flaunting) their own physiques. These entertainers put their muscles to work in circus acts, gladiatorial bouts, contests of strength, strip clubs, or anywhere else they can bask in the roar of the crowd.
These bards take their pursuit of muscular perfection seriously, taking every opportunity to parade and show off their bodies, whether someone asked them to or not. What these individuals lack in self-awareness and humility, they more than make up in raw, physical power.
Bards of this college often adopt pseudonyms that help them play to a crowd.
Bardic Brawn
When you join the College of Swagger at 3rd level, you have turned pumping iron into an art form. Your hit point maximum increases by 3, and increases by 1 whenever you gain another level in this class. While you aren't wearing armour or wielding a shield, your AC equals 10 + your Strength modifier + your Charisma modifier.
Additionally, your unarmed strike uses a d4 for damage, and when you use the Attack action with an unarmed strike on your turn you can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action.
Feat of Strength
Also at 3rd level, you are your own biggest fan, drawing inspiration from your displays from physical power. When you make a melee weapon attack, unarmed strike or ability check using Strength, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration. The ability check can be a shove or grapple, or an impressive display of physical prowess such as smashing a sturdy object.
If the attack hits or the ability check is successful, you gain temporary hit points equal to the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die + half your bard level + your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1).
Endless Showboating
Starting at 6th level, your drive to impress others allows you to accomplish the Herculean. When you make an ability check, saving throw or attack roll using Strength, you can give yourself advantage if you can see an ally within 60ft who can see you.
You can use this feature {{modifier:wis@min:1#unsigned}} times per long rest.
Center of Attention
At 14th level, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration as a bonus action to strike a glorious pose that draws the attention of friend and foe alike, inspiring or distracting them.
When you do so, roll your Bardic Inspiration dice and choose any number of creatures that you can see and that can see and hear you within 30 feet of you. If the creature is friendly towards you, it gains temporary hit points equal to the number rolled + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier, and has advantage on the next attack roll, ability check or saving throw it makes before the end of your next turn.
If the creature is hostile towards you, it takes psychic damage equal to the number rolled + your Charisma modifier, and must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, it has disadvantage on the next attack roll, ability check or saving throw it makes before the end of your next turn.
