Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Eversor House is the most gruesome Assassin House in Carcosa. Specializing in shock and terror tactics, they instill fear in the minds of their targets before obliterating them. They are known for eliminating entire groups instead of single targets, generally leaving no survivors. They learn to shrug off injury and push their bodies to the absolute limits of strength and speed. Eversor House is also notable for having the most Freebooters of any House, leaving behind a legacy of brutal mercenaries and thugs. Wherever barbarians of this path go, they leave behind a trail of broken bodies. Official Eversor Assassins are easily identifiable by their spike-covered armor.

Bloodlust

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, your lust for death extends to your companions when you rage. Each time you enter your rage, up to 5 creatures of your choice within 60 feet of you gain one Bloodlust die, a d6.

For the next minute, the creature can expend the die, rolling it and adding the number rolled to any damage roll. Once the Bloodlust die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can only have one Bloodlust die at a time.

Your Bloodlust die changes when you reach certain levels in this class. The die becomes a d8 at 5th level, a d10 at 10th level, and a d12 at 15th level.

Shattering Charge

At 6th level, you throw yourself into fights, slamming into your foes at great speeds. When you take the Dash action on your turn, you may make one melee weapon attack as part of the action.

If you move at least 20 feet before making this attack, you deal an additional bludgeoning damage equal to your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus as part of the attack.

Decapitation

Beginning at 10th level, the mere sight of your ruthlessness in battle can cause those around you to recoil in horror. When you reduce an creature to 0 hit points with a melee weapon attck, you can immediately behead them if the target is a large or smaller creature. Enemies within 20 feet that can see you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you for 1 minute. The DC for this saving throw is equal to 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus.

A creature that is frightened of you can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of it's turns, ending the condition on a success. A creature that has successfully saved against this feature is immune to it's effects for 24 hours.

As a bonus action, you can move up to half your speed toward any creature that is currently frightened of you and make a single melee weapon attack.

Alternatively, when you use this feature, you can forgo frightening any creatures to grant one creature of your choice within 60 feet that can see you a Bloodlust die.

Fast Recovery

Also by 10th level, you have become accustomed to the Eversor's endless cycle of pain and recovery. Whenever you roll hit dice to heal during a short rest, treat any roll of 3 or lower as a 6.

Additionally, at the end of a long rest, you gain temporary hit points equal to twice your Constitution modifier.

Blood Frenzy

At 14 level, you can stimulate extreme ferocity by heavily wounding yourself. As a bonus action, you can sacrifice hit points equal to your Barbarian level to gain advantage on all melee weapon attacks for one minute, or until your rage ends.

Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you complete a long rest.
