 Monks who subject themselves to the rites of flame and rhythm must not be for the feint of heart. Those of weak will and no flame are doomed to burn to cinders. For to use flame as a weapon is to command it's respect, for to disrespect the flame is to have it usurp yourself and be consumed. 

Monks of the Smoldering Soul, are masters of flame: joining not monasteries but small colleges that teach their students self defense through the use of the worlds energy known as KI and weaving it into a combustible flame that you control. These flames roar with the power of a thousand stars and with the intricacy and Uniqueness of a Snowflake. These monks practice Ki fueled pyrokinesis, igniting small weapons into flame and even inspire your fellow warriors.

Fiery Passion

"Remember child, The flame is not from the world because you birth it from your whole being. That makes more dangerous extinguished than ignited because the flame is you."

Your time in college has taught you some of the greatest techniques and the finer manipulation of Ki. Beginning at 3rd level when you take this tradition you gain to ability to use your Ki to combust a monk weapon that doesn't cause Piercing or Slashing Damage. As a Bonus Action, spending one Ki point you ignite both ends or one end in flame, when you attack with the weapon you deal an additional 1d4 fire damage. 

This damage becomes a d6 at 11th level.

Flaming Performance

"You see when you preform using the weapons of our trade you'll find that you'll awe the civilians, but inspire the warriors."

Starting at 6th level, you have learned to use your expertise in your Ki and your burning soul to inspire the warriors you fight with. You gain proficiency in the Performance skill if you dont already, and you gain the ability with your flaming weapons as an action to spend a Ki point to give your comrades that can see you within 30ft a Inspiration die equal to your Martial Arts Die, This die can be added to only attack and damage rolls.

Burning Resolve

"You see? Your burning soul has begun to take shape in your body. Your skin has been burned through practice and discipline, and now your efforts have begun paying off. Perhaps your manipulation can be taken to higher peaks."

Beginning at 11th level your body has been scared by your burning soul hidden within you and you have begun manipulating your fire to fault those who think they are protected by it. You gain resistance to Fire Damage, additionally when you hit a creature with your additional fire damage you negate fire resistance and nerf Immunity to fire to Resistance, Additionally your flaming performance range increases to 60ft. 

Raging Inspiration

"After this final lesson there will be nothing left to teach. Take a deep breath, perhaps your roaring soul could protect your friends rather than them protecting you, maybe just maybe you could falter your enemies."

Beginning at 17th level, you have honed your burning desire to protect others and now your Flaming Performance Inspiration Die can be added to AC till the beginning of your next turn. Additionally with the use of your Flaming Performance you can spend an additional 4 points and any hostile creature within your Flaming Performance Range must make a Charisma Saving Throw against your Ki Save DC or have disadvantage with attack rolls until the beginning of your next turn
