Bard
Base Class: Bard

Deceptively weak and stupid, you've learned how to make people underestimate you; a mistake they're sure to not make twice.

Hidden in Plain Sight

When you join the college of Fools, you've heightened your ability to make people underestimate you. While you have this feature, you automatically succeed all uncontested Stealth and Sleight of Hand checks.

Undermine

Also at 3rd level, you learn how to turn people's low expectations of you against them. As a bonus action when you cast a spell, you can enact an effect against the target of the spell dependent on the spell type. If the spell has you make an attack roll, you reduce the target's AC by the number rolled until the end of its next turn. If the spell has the target make a saving throw, you reduce all saving throws made by the creature by the number rolled until the end of its next turn.

Court of Intrigue

At 6th level, you become a master in the arts of killing without being at the scene of the crime. When you get this feature, you gain proficiency with Alchemist's Supplies and Poisoner's Kits. Additionally, saving throws made against poisons you use have disadvantage if the target is unaware of the poison. Additionally, you may add twice your proficiency bonus to the damage of poisons you use.

Pocket Sand

Starting at 14th level, you've figured out a deviously simple way to punish any who would dare to underestimate you. When a creature within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, you may, as a reaction, throw some sand in their eye. To do this, you make a ranged attack roll against the target. If the attack lands, roll a d4 and inflict the corresponding condition from the table below. This condition applies before the target makes their attack roll and lasts until the end of the target's next turn. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your dexterity modifier.

  1. Blinded
  2. Deafened
  3. Poisoned
  4. Stunned
