Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Sorcerers of the Dominant Soul are usually people that had gone through a training to be one, the amount of sheer willpower to create magic is just ridiculous, although not impossible by normal means. Maybe you were on a training to become a Blood Hunter and suddenly could wield this primitive magic, or maybe someone teach you the way to get this power.

Willpowered Magic

As an action, you can cast a 5th level or lower spell from the Sorcerer spell list or the Wizard spell list as long as you still have a spell slot of that level. The spell does not consume a spell slot and does not have to be on the list of spells you know, but when you finish casting it, you gain a point of exhaustion. once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

Imposing Will

As a reaction, that you take when a creature fails or succeeds an ability check or a saving throw in a 60 foot radius, you can declare that that course of action will not be accepted, and force them to reroll the die, they must take the new roll. you can use this feature 2 times between long rests.

Changing Fate

By touching a creature that died no more than a minute ago, you can change fate itself with your willpower, making a Charisma saving throw (DC 12+ half the creatures level) on a success the creature revives at 1 hit point, but then you become unconscious and fail automatically 2 death saving throws. on a failure, the creature doesn't revive and you become unconscious and automatically fail 2 death saving throws. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest

Will of a mortal god

You can compare your will to the one of a god, allowing you to cast a spell with your bonus action, and cast a lower level spell with your action. you still use spell slots for this spells. once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short rest.

If you are fighting a Celestial, Fiend or Fey when you use this feature, your will extends to their existence, commanding them to vow to you. the creatures must make a wisdom saving throw(DC 10+ your Charisma modifier) on a success, their next attack against you haves disadvantage, on a failure, they obey your orders for 2 rounds.

Will of Io

Your will is law, choose up to 3 creatures that you can see. Using a massive amount of your own life force, you try to tear them out of existence, one of the affected creatures must make a Charisma saving throw (You choose the creature that makes the saving throw) (DC 12+your charisma modifier) on a success, you take the max hit points of the creatures as force damage, if you go unconscious from this damage, you automatically die and your body and soul are completely destroyed, so you can not be revived. on a failure, the creatures are ripped apart from reality and die automatically, after this, you take your max hit points as force damage, if you go unconscious by this damage, you automatically fail 2 death saving throws, and your next death saving throw haves disadvantage. once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
