Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

wizards are known practitioners of the arcane arts, while spend a lot of time focusing on specific areas of study and sinking themselves deep into their work. there are outliers those who have have the ability and knowledge but cut corners and take risks to their magic.

Flawed Sequence

You are able to cast spells half-heartedly, allowing you to
retain most of your magic before fully committing to it. When
you cast a spell that only affects a single creature and your
spell attack roll misses or the target succeeds on the saving
throw, you can use your reaction to refund the spell, regaining
one expended spell slot of lower level than the spell casted.
When you refund a spell this way, you effectively cancel the
spell, even if the spell would have taken effect on a successful
saving throw.
Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest
before you can use it again.

Spell Plagiarize

You've mastered your craft and the ability to produce any
magic with the desired results whenever necessary. Choose
one spell of 5th level or lower from any class and you raise
the base level of this spell by 1 or 2 levels (turning a 3rd-level
spell into a 5th-level spell by default and so on). It becomes a
wizard spell for you and it doesn't count against your spells
known.
A spell learned and its level raised through this feature is
unaffected by the penalties from your Counterfeit Magic
feature and you can't cast it with a spell slot of lower level
than its modified base spell level.
You can replace this spell with another spell whenever you
finish a long rest.

Imitation Savant

you are able to copy and perform and magic you see read or hear, however the price may be steep. whenever you gain a level, including when you get this subclass you can choose to gain one spell from another spell list instead of 2 spells from the wizard spell list. Additionally you can choose to learn spells from other spell lists into your spell book but it takes 3 times the gold and time to copy a non wizard spell. any spells learned become wizard spells but can't be learned by other wizards.

Counterfeit Magic

You have a way of producing magic of lower quality to save resources You can cast a 1st-level spell without
expending a spell slot. When you do so, the spell must be
capable of dealing damage or forces a creature to make a
saving throw, and when it does - the spell suffers the
following penalties:
If the spell's damage die is a d6 or higher, its damage die
becomes one die lower, down to a minimum of d4. (a d12
becomes a d10, a d10 becomes a d8 and so on).
If the spell's damage die is rolled three times or more, you
roll one die less (if you were to roll a 3d4, you instead roll
a 2d4).
If the spell doesn't deal damage, but forces a creature to
make a saving throw, the spell's DC is reduced by 2.
When you later gain the ability to cast spells of higher
levels, you can cast spells of 2nd level or higher by expending
a spell slot one level lower, applying the same penalties. You
can only cast spells at their base level when used through this
feature.
You can use this feature twice and you regain all expended
uses when you finish a long rest. You gain an additional use
of this feature when you reach 6th level (3 uses) and 14th (4 uses)

Arcana replica

You've learned to compensate material costs through magical
reinforcement. When you cast a spell that has material
components and has a specific cost, you can instead cast it
with a spell slot one level higher than you are casting to
reduce the gold cost required by a certain amount. The spell's
effect is still treated as one level lower than the spell slot
expended.
If the Material Component is consumed. The gold cost
is reduced by half.
If the Material Component is not consumed. The gold
cost is reduced by 1/3.
