Base Class: Blood Hunter
The Order of the Dream is a group of Blood Hunters dedicated to the collection of knowledge and information in order to assist in the hunts of both other hunters and themselves. An Order of the Dream Blood Hunter often finds themselves spending long hours in "The Hunter's Dream" a plane wide connection between hunters, which acts as the collection of all knowledge the order has ever collected, and seeking additional knowledge in day to day life.
Hunter's Dream
Beginning at 3rd level when you take on this order, you become connected to the network of the Hunter's Dream. Whenever you sleep you find yourself in the dream, and no longer dream normally. The dream takes the form of a beautiful cathedral dedicated to no god in particular, and the surrounding few miles of woods. Here a Hunter can find wealths of information on various creatures, people, religions, and regions.
There is no combat, magic, or health in the dream, and anything that would in life deal 10 or more damage instead harmlessly wakes you up.
If one spends a long rest sleeping, they may study within the libaries of the church looking for information on a target of their choice. At the end of the long rest, they may make an Arcana, History, Medicine, Nature, Religion, or survival check with a +10 to the roll. Additional information gained on a successful roll could also include a weakness, forgotten story or legend, rumor of how to defeat or destroy something, or any other single minor help at the DM's descretion.
Expertise
You've pulled upon permanent techniques and knowledge from the Hunter's Dream, and brought it within yourself.

Weak Dreamer
You've learned how to give others a weak connection to the dream, and connect with others of the Order of the Dream.
Starting at 7th level, over the course of a short rest, you may connect a number of willing humanoids to the Hunter's Dream, or form bonds with other willing hunters of the order, equal to your Wisdom modifier (miminum 1), who are within 30 feet of you.
Non Order of the Dream hunters do not enter the dream when they sleep, but from the hunter's dream you may telepathically communicate with them from any point on the same plane of existance.
If they are awake your voice comes as a whisper in the back of their head, and you can hear them speak. If they are asleep you appear in their dream as a pysical being and can interact with them as normal until one of you wake up.
When connected to other Order of the Dream Hunters you begin sharing the same Hunter's Dream from now on, and both inhabit the space in your sleep. If one of you are awake, the other may speak to you as above.
You may end a connection with a creature over the course of a short rest. If a hunter connects to another hunter, which you are not connected to, you have until one of you next enters the dream to form a bond with that second hunter or lose the bond with the first.
While awake you may telepathically communicate with any creature you are bonded with within 120 feet of you, and they may choose to project their thoughts to you within this range.
Dreamer's Insight
The dream can sometimes tap into the combined knowledge of all Hunter's in the world, giving brief flashes of insight during combat and letting the Hunter make last minute changes to style.
Starting at 11th level, after rolling an attack roll but before knowing if it hits or not, you may reroll that attack. Taking the second number. You may use this ability a number of times per day equal to your Wisdom modifier (miminum 1). Your uses of this ability reset at the end of a long rest.
Eye's of the Dreamer
The dream is of the soul, and you have realized how you've seperated body from soul for so long without thinking of the concequences of what that means.
Beginning at 15th level, you have gained the ability to see through and let others see through your eyes. As an action you may let any number of creatures you are bound to through your Weak Dreamer within a 600 foot radius see through your eyes. When you do each creature feels a brief pull at their mind, and may either accept to or reject the offer. If they reject it they can not see through your eyes until you grant another offer as an action.
If they accept their body is considered blind and deaf, and they begin seeing through your eyes and hearing through your ears. They may choose to leave as a free action, or you may end the connection as a free action.
Additionally, if you are in the Hunter's Dream. You may request to look through a bonded humanoid's eyes. They once more may either reject or accept the offer. If they reject you remain in the Hunter's Dream as normal. If they accept their eyes change to look like yours, and you begin percieving through their eyes and ears.
Soul's Capture
The souls of others are just as manipulatable as your own. This revelation means you've learned to bring those souls into your dream, and be able to study them at your own pace.
At 18th level, when a creature with an intelligence of 3 or higher, which speaks at least one language, dies within 30 feet of you, you may, as a reaction, attempt to bind that creature's soul to your dream. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw of DC 8 + your wisdom modifier + your proficientcy modifier, which they may choose to fail, or else be brought into your Hunter's Dream as a prisoner.
The means of the creature's imprisonment is up to you. Some keep the soul chained to the floor of the cathedral for study, while others allow the soul free rein of the dream. After all, what harm can a creature do in a dream?
This creature spends all its time in the dream, even when your awake, and you have full control over its physical actions. It can never wake up or break itself out of the dream through known means.
When you're in the dream you may speak with the creature as normal, and compell it to give you any information it knew in life. The creature, despite being unable to wake up and being dead for all intensive purposes, can still feel, percieve, and think as normal in the dream unless you restrict it in someway from doing so.
If the body is resurected, you must make a wisdom saving throw equal to the caster's save DC to hold onto the soul, which you may choose to fail. If you succeed the soul remains with you, and the body comes back an empty shell. If you fail the soul is brought back into the body as normal.
You may only have one soul trapped at a time in the Dream, but multiple hunters attached to the same Dream can have each of their own creatures trapped in the same dream. At anytime while in the dream you may kill the creature's soul. Barring it from the afterlife, and killing the creature permanently by all means short of a Wish.
