Base Class: Paladin
For the paladin who takes the oath of the heart, friendship really is magic. Their desire to protect the people around them is more than just a calling, but the very source of their power. An Oath of the Heart paladin is not a lone soldier against injustice, but rather the beating heart of the community they try to build. Often, these are paladins who come from minority backgrounds wherever their from, realizing that perhaps the system won't provide the protection their community deserves and take an oath to do it themselves. While they are protectors at heart, that only means that crossing them or their loved ones is even more of a bad idea. An Oath of the Heart paladin is at their most powerful when the people they care about are in danger, stepping in with the fire of a thousand gods to ensure those under their care are safe. While this is usually an oath taken by a good person, any paladin of any alignment who cares about their community can take this oath, regardless of alignment. Similarly, this oath can be taken by paladins of any deities, though by the nature of the oath some deities may lend themselves more readily to this oath than others. An Oath of The Heart paladin knows that your heart is your most powerful muscle, and that if used correctly, it can move mountains.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Walk The Gale As long as the Heart Oath paladin stands between their foes and their allies, they can channel their divine love to become an immovable object between their allies and their enemies. When cast, an aura surrounds the paladin, and any enemy within 30 feet must make a wisdom saving throw. Anyone who fails the saving throw can only take actions to engage the paladin or to run away from the party. Furthermore, any enemy that would be given an attack of opportunity against any of the paladin's allies must either engage the paladin or make no attack. They can however take this bonus action to move half their movement towards the paladin if they are not within attack range.
Safe Harbor While a formidable foe on the battlefield, a Heart Oath paladin is also a calming presence for the world weary and burdened. When taking a short rest, they can influence the people around them so their rest is more healing. This gives them a restore pool up to half their paladin level rounded down, that can be used for either HP gain separate from dice pools, or to use to restore spell slots. Spell slots require as many pool points as their level, so one point would restore one first level spell, 2 would be able to restore 2 1st level or 1 2nd level, and so forth. However, this pool cannot be used for both healing and spell renewal, just one or the other. Any excess points do not roll over and are expended at the end the short rest.

All For One

Immediately any damage done is halved. The remaining damage is split with the paladin taking half and the remaining half spread evenly among the remaining allied players.
Aura of Mountain Strength
As the Heart Oath Paladin grows stronger, they become even more of an immovable force. At level 20, they can cast this aura as an action, and it lasts until it is dropped (also an action) the paladin is knocked unconscious, or after a short or long rest As long as this aura is active, they function as if they had the sentinel feat.
- Whenever you make to hit the creature by an opportunity attack and also the creature’s speed can become 0 for rest of the turn.
- Any types of creatures would be provoke the attack from you even though if they would take some Disengage action before it leaving your reach.
- Whenever a creature which is within 5 feet of you to make an attack which is against to a target other than you (and also that target doesn’t have this feat), you can easily use your reaction for making the melee weapon attack which is against the attacking creature.
If they already have the sentinel feat, any attacks trigger the reduction in movement, not just attacks of opportunity.
