College of Bliss

Bards of the College of Bliss are skilled costume designers and excellent at encouraging those around them to care for themselves! They are often found in communities of fan's and like minded people putting on elaborately costumed and spectacular performances! With their songs and actions they inspire those around them to lift themselves up from failures and care for themselves and others!

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Bliss at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with the Disguise Kit, and the Performance and Deception skills

Alter Outfit

Also at 3rd level, your skills in the creation of garments allows you to channel your magic into the creation and altering thereof! As an action you can change a non-magical item of clothing, or whole outfit, that you are wearing or holding into any other non-magical outfit or item of clothing. You can also alter the look but not basic form and function of magical clothing. You can do this once per short rest.

Encouraged Self-Care

At 6th level, you've mastered the art of encouraging those around you to take better care of themselves. Once per long rest, you can spend 10 minutes and one or more Bardic Inspiration dice to heal a number of creatures equal to your Charisma Modifier that you can see. You restore hp to the amount rolled on your Inspiration dice + your Charisma Modifier.

Teacher's Disappointed Voice

Starting at 14th level, you are skilled in helping those you inspire! When they fail in a venture you whip them into shape with your best instructor's voice!

When a creature you have given Bardic Inspiration to uses the Inspiration die, then after they roll but before they know the result, you may use your reaction to allow them to roll an additional d20 and use the higher roll.
