Base Class: Paladin
The Oath of Time puts paladins on a path to protect time. Some call them sand knights, clockwork soldiers, or drone knight, those who swear this oath may seek to change their past or future. They stand to make the world better by maintaining the natural flow. They know more than anyone that the flow of time must keep going and while fluid somethings simply have to be the way they are. These knights adorn their armor in white, blue, and beige clothes, some also add gears and images of flowing sand or water.
Tenets of Time
The tenets of the Oath of Time are as old as the order of knights itself, no one knows if these tenets were created by the founders of the order or came from the future. This oath emphasizes the laws of the universe over good and evil.
Time Flows. Through your actions the flow of time keeps going whether those actions are perceived as good or evil.
Sands of Time. The world and universe must keep turning as civilizations fight to stay above the sands of time or fall into the sand giving birth to future civilizations.
Peace in the Storm. Life is finite and it comes and goes as time moves on, people struggle with this reality and it is your role to help ease this pain.
Make it Last. While time is unforgiving you strive to make it last, this can be leaving a lasting impression on one person or the world itself.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Slowed Soul. As an action, you present your holy symbol and speak a prayer slowing the sands of time, using your Channel Divinity. Choose one creature within 60 feet of you that you can see. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw, unless it is immune to being stunned. Fiends and undead have disadvantage on this saving throw.
On a failed save, the creature is stunned for 30 seconds. The creature can repeat this save on each of it's turns.
On a successful save, the creature’s speed is reduced to 0 till the end of your next turn.
Speed Boost. As a bonus action, you bless your body accelerating the movements of your body, using your Channel Divinity. Your speed doubles and you can take the dash or disengage action as a bonus action for 1 minute.

Aura of Time
7th- and 18th-level Oath of Time feature
By 7th level, your connection to the flow of time emanates from you as an aura of slowed time. You and friendly creatures within 5 feet of you have an extra reaction.
When you reach 18th level in this class, the range of the aura increases to 10 feet.
Time Armor
Starting at 15th level, time slows around you making you harder to hit. Your armor class is increased by 2 and you gain advantage on strength saving throws.
In addition, when you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail.
Additionally, you suffer none of the drawbacks of old age, and you can’t be aged magically.
Aspect of Time
At 20th level, you can pull the flow of time throw you. As a bonus action, you gain the following benefits for 1 minute.
- Your speed is doubled
- You gain blindsight with a range of 60 feet
- When you take the attack action on your turn, you can make one additional attack as part of that action.
Once you use this bonus action, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend a 5th-level spell slot to use it again.
