Base Class: Cleric
Followers of gods who channel this domain see fate favor them in dramatic and powerful ways, with their magic seemingly randomly becoming extraordinarily empowered beyond what is normally possible, all in accordance with a sort of divine luck that follows in their wake. Clerics of this domain often lived a sort of "charmed life," in which they seem favored by even fate itself to be successful as their enemies flounder and fail.
This divine domain is often ascribed to those divine entities which lord over concepts of luck, fortune, and even entropy. Gods and goddesses like Caerus, Ebisu, Fortuna, Krishna, and Tyche have all had such influences in history. The powers within allow a cleric of such gods to manipulate luck, or to alter the circumstances of situations they are in to a favorable manner through their divine magic.

Luck's Blessing
At 1st level, you are particularly blessed by luck and fortune, which can occasionally and unpredictably cause your magic to become well-empowered. You now have a Fortune die. Whenever you cast a spell that uses a spell slot, you may roll your Fortune die, which is a d20. If you roll a 20 on your roll of a Fortune die, choose one of the following benefits:
-If the spell has a spell attack roll, and that roll hits, you may treat that attack as if it were a critical hit.
-If the spell restores hit points or bestows temporary hit points and either would resolve using dice to determine the hp gained, you may treat all dice of that roll as if they had all rolled the highest number on the die. For instance, if you cast Cure Wounds and rolled a 20 on your Fortune die, you can use this feature to have the Cure Wounds spell restore 8 + your Wisdom modifier hit points.
In addition to this benefit, if a spell you cast calls for an ability check (such as the effect of Counterspell or Dispel Magic) and you roll a 20 on that check, you cast that spell without expending the spell slot required.
Channel Divinity: Fortune's Faith
At 2nd level you are able to use divining methods to scan the threads of fate, or to scry the ripples of the future, and gain knowledge that helps you rewrite the futures you foresee to more favorable outcomes. You perform a ten-minute ritual and use your Channel Divinity to choose a 20 or a 1. Whenever a creature you can see within 30 feet of you would roll a d20 for an attack roll, saving throw or skill check you may use your reaction to instead cause that roll to have a result of either the 20 or 1 that you chose when you performed the ritual. You may also choose to use this feature to bolster your own Fortune die when you cast a spell. When performing the ritual, choose 20, and you may treat your Fortune die as if it rolled 20 once at any time when you cast a spell before you take a long rest.
Gifted with Fair Fortune
At 6th level, you find yourself to be more fortunate than others when performing tasks, as things nearly-miraculously can fall into place to ensure your success. You are able to change the result of any non-attack roll, save, or check you make on a d20 to a roll of 19. You may do this after you roll, but before you know the result. You must complete a short rest before you use this feature again.
Potent Spellcasting
Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.
Master of Magical Fortunes
At 17th level, you become blessed with magic that more frequently is cast with the advantage of your divinely ordained luck. You gain a second Fortune Die, which you also roll whenever you cast a spell, and if either d20 rolls a 20, you gain the benefits of your Luck's Blessing feature.
Additionally, you can perform an hour long ritual and roll 1d10. Once you finish the ritual, you can recover spell slots equal to the number rolled if the total number and level of those spell slots is equal to the number rolled on the 1d10. You cannot recover spell slots higher than level 7 using this feature. For instance, if you perform this ritual, and you roll a 5 on the 1d10, you can recover any combination of 5 spell slots or spell levels, such as a level 3 and a level 2 spell, three level 1 spells and one level 2 spell, or any combination of these that totals the 5 that was rolled. You may perform this ritual once before you must complete a long rest to use it again. If you roll two rolls of 20 on both of your Fortune dice at any point in time, an angelic servitor of your deity immediately appears and confers the benefit of this ritual on you immediately, allowing you to roll 1d10 and regain spell levels as mentioned above.
