Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Your past life has rewarded you with the reapers blessing. You're reborn as one of their many loyal servants. You speak to them rarely, but you always know when they call for you. After all, dying once before has already made you a part of their domain.

Death's Scythe

You gain the ability to summon a scythe as a bonus action. This weapon counts as a sorcerer spellcasting focus. This weapon deals 1d6 slashing plus strength and has the two-handed property. This weapon gains your choice of reach, finesse, dealing additional necrotic damage equal to your proficiency, or deals 1d12 slashing damage.

You may choose another option at level 6 and level 14.

Ethereal

At 6th level, you are starting to exhibit tenancies similar to that of Death itself. You can spend 2 sorcery points as a bonus action to temporarily become incorporeal and can pass through solid objects until the end of your turn. You cannot end your turn inside of a solid object, and if you do, you take 1d6 force damage and are ejected out of it near the closest opening. You can also see into the Ethereal Plane when in this form

Death's Wrath

You learn to extend deaths will into your foes. Before you make an attack you may spend a sorcery point as a bonus action. You gain advantage on the attack. Additionally, you score a critical hit on a 19 or 20. If you hit you deal an additional 1d6 necrotic. If you cause a creature to drop to 0 hit points you may use your reaction to make a melee attack.

The Grim Reaper

At 18th level you become one of Death's closest Reapers and have acquired the ability to transform into the Avatar of the Grim Reaper for 1 minute. While transformed, you gain the following benefits:

• You grow to a height of 10ft while your face is replaced by a haunting white skull veiled in shadow, with piercing green beads for eyes.

• You grow black, skeletal wings, giving you a flight speed of 60ft. If you already have a flight speed, it increases by 60ft.

• Your scythe grows in size to suit your new form and all damage dealt by the scythe (including its necrotic damage) is doubled for the duration of the transformation.

• You gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.

• Whenever you reduce a creature to 0 hit points during this transformation, you regain 5 sorcery Points.

You can only access this form once per long rest.
