Base Class: Monk
Monks who follow the Way of the Truthless (a.k.a. 'Gravity Monks') are exiled from their order for some terrible crime. However, they maintain the teachings given to them by their order: teachings which allow them to control space and gravity. And unlike their order, these exiles have nothing prohibiting them from killing.
Adept Descent
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain the ability to channel your momentum when falling into powerful strikes. Whenever you fall into a space occupied by another creature, if it's your turn, you may use your action to make an unarmed strike against them. On a hit, you take no fall damage, and the target takes any amount of fall damage you would and falls prone.
Basic Lashing
Starting at 3rd level, you understand the most simple of the three teachings, or 'lashings' which your order has granted upon you: the ability to change the direction of gravity for people. As a bonus action on your turn, you may spend 1 ki point and choose a surface. Immediately, that surface counts as downwards for you, and you immediately fall in that direction but don't take falling damage. At the beginning of each of your turns, you may spend 1 ki point to maintain the lashing. If you don't, gravity returns to normal, and you fall towards the ground, but don't take falling damage.
Alternatively, with this ability, you may change the direction of gravity for another creature. As a bonus action, you may spend 1 ki point to make an unarmed strike against a target and choose a surface. On a hit, the target takes no damage, but that surface counts as downwards for them, and they immediately fall in that direction. At the beginning of each of your turns, you may spend 1 ki point to maintain the lashing. If you don't, gravity returns to normal, and the target falls towards the ground.
Reverse Lashing
At 6th level, you gain the ability to make objects more gravitationally attractive. As a bonus action, while in half cover, you can touch the object giving you cover and spend 1 ki point. For the next minute, or until you stop touching the object, your half cover counts as three-quarters cover.
Channel Stormlight
Beginning at 11th level, you gain the ability to transform the essences of light and life into power for you to utilize in your lashings. As an action, while in light created by a spell, you can extinguish the light and regain a number of ki points equal to the level of the spell which created the light. Furthermore, whenever you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with an unarmed strike, you regain 1 ki point.
Full Lashing
At 17th level, you gain knowledge of the final lashing: the ability to create a connection between two objects. You may spend 2 ki points as an action to cast Catapult. When you cast this spell, you may choose two different objects instead of one. If you do, these objects must be catapulted towards each other.
Additionally, you may spend 2 ki points as an action to adhere two objects which are touching each other together. At the beginning of each of your turns, you may spend 2 ki points. If you don't, the lashing ends.
