Nekomancer

An entire wizard subclass revolving around the use of cat familiars. (if you want to use a different animal like weasels please do I just like cats)

Feline Friends

Beginning at 2nd level, you learn the find familiar spell unless you already have it, this spell is always prepared, you can cast find familiar without expending material components, when you use find familiar you can summon only one familiar at a time however you can have an amount of familiars equal to your proficiency bonus. The summoned familiars MUST NOT have an innate flying swimming or climbing speed (this is just like a balancing thing so that you don't have ultimate familiar versatility)

Spellcatting

Starting at 2nd level you gain the ability to cast cantrips through your familiars, casting in this way still takes the normal casting time, casting a cantrip through a familiar follows the same rules as if you casted the spell yourself. when a damaging cantrip is casted through the familiar you can add your intelligence modifier to the damage.

Improved Spellcatting

Starting at 6th level, your ability to cast spells through your familiars gets stronger, now you can cast leveled spells through them, if a familiar uses a concentration spell it acts as though you are the one concentrating. You can add your intelligence modifier to the damage of spells cast through your familiars.

Repawsition

Beginning at 10th level, as a bonus action on your turn you can teleport to one of your familiars within 90 feet of you, you may choose whether the familiar switches places with you or not. this ability can be used a number of times equal to your intelligence modifier (a minimum of 1)

Faithful furballs

Starting at 14th level, your familiars have a maximum hit points equal to your spellcasting modifier + your wizard level. When you are targeted for an attack while you are within 5 feet of one of your familiars, you may use your reaction to have the attack target the familiar instead.
