Base Class: Barbarian
A demolisher is a tactical barbarian who specializes in destruction of structures as well as bone breaking. They specialize in weapon use and using said weapons to destroy even the toughest of challenges.
Power Strike
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can channel extra force into your weapon strikes. While you’re raging, the first time you hit a creature on each of your turns with a weapon attack you can roll one of the weapon’s damage dice, one additional time, and add it to the normal damage you would deal (this damage boost does not include additional damage from things like +1 magical weapons, flametongues, or class features like sneak attack or fighting styles).
You can use power strike a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier per long rest. You regain all uses at the end of a longrest.
Demolisher
At 3rd level, you know how to take advantage of the weakpoints of structures. While you are raging you deal double damage with your weapon attacks to structures and objects.
Demolisher Charge
Starting at 6th level, your whole body is a weapon. When you use your action to Dash, you can use a bonus action to make one melee weapon attack, stopping immediately afterward. If you move at least 10 feet in a straight line immediately before taking this bonus action against a creature, you may knock the creature prone and back 10 feet. If you hit a structure or object with this attack you deal maximum damage to the structure or object.
Destructive Stance
At 10th level, when you enter a rage or as a bonus action on your turn while you are raging, you can assume one of the following stances, which lasts 1 minute or until you end your rage. You can only have one stance active at a time but you can use a bonus action on your turn to change stances.
Cleaving Assault: You assume the Cleaving Assault stance. Until the stance ends, whenever you hit with a melee basic attack using a weapon, one enemy adjacent to you other than the target of that attack takes damage equal to your Constitution modifier.
Hammer Hands: You assume the Hammer Hands stance. Until the stance ends, whenever you hit an enemy with a melee basic attack using a weapon, you can use a free action to push that enemy back 5 feet and then move the same distance with the enemy.
Thrower: You assume the Thrower stance. You can reckless attack with thrown weapons, add your rage damage to thrown weapons even if the attack is ranged, and when you make an attack by throwing a weapon with which you have proficiency, the weapon returns to your hand after the attack.
Guardian: You assume the Guardian stance. You can use your Strength modifier in place of your Dexterity modifier for determining unarmored defense and any enemy within 5 feet of you has disadvantage on attack rolls when it makes an attack that does not include among its targets you.
Reactive defense
Beginning at 14th level, you have trained to take advantage of a foe’s misstep, and when the enemy’s attack goes wide, you are ready. The heft of your weapon lends deadly weight to your counterattacks.
While you’re raging, reduce all damage you receive by a number equal to your proficiency bonus. Additionally, you may make an attack of opportunity as a reaction when an enemy misses you with an attack or attacks a creature other than you while that enemy is within 5 feet of you.
