Bard
Base Class: Bard

You can control combatants like a conductor controls an orchestra.

Leader

When you join the College of Lore at 3rd level, your wisdom score increases by 1 and you gain the inspiring leader feat if you don't already have it.

Eloquent control

Also at 3rd level, you learn how to command your allies on the battlefield, as a bonus action you can expend 1 use of your bardic inspiration to move a willing creature within 60 feet of you up to five feet in any direction. This movement does not cost any movement and does not provoke attacks of opportunity on the moving creature. The number of feet you can move a creature starts at five and increases by 5 feet at 6th level (10 feet), 11th level (15 feet), and again at 16th level (20 feet).

Distractions

At 6th level, when you hit a creature with a melee weapon or spell attack, you can choose to distract them. The target must make a wisdom saving throw versus a DC equal to half of the damage you dealt or 10, whichever is higher. If the target fails its save, any creature that is not you has advantage on all attacks directed at the distracted creature until the end of your next turn. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your charisma modifier (minimum of 1).

Directed spell

Starting at 14th level, when you cast a spell that has a range of self, you can instead have it affect up to 2 creatures within 10 feet of you (including yourself) you maintain concentration on it if it requires concentration but you now must make a concentration check when anyone affected by the spell takes damage. If you loose concentration or the spell otherwise ends for one target, the spell ends for all targets.
