Scholarly Education
Starting at 1st level, your studies teach you an alternate source of magic. You can use Intelligence instead of Charisma as the spellcasting modifier for your Pact Magic. In addition, you use your Intelligence modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a warlock spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier
Advanced Experimentation
Starting at 6th level, you have spent enough time researching to further hone your specialization. Based on your chosen Pact Boon, you gain one of the following bonuses.
Pact of the Soul Bond: When you cast the find familiar spell as part of the Pact of the Chain feature, you can choose from 3 additional forms that your familiar can take: a darkmantle, a gazer or a broom of animated attack.
Pact of Versatile Implements: When you use your action to create a pact weapon as part of the Pact of the Blade feature, you can instead create a tool of your choice. You can add your Intelligence modifier as a bonus to any skill check made with the conjured tool. It disappears if it is more than 5 feet away from you for 1 minute or more. It also disappears if you use this feature again, if you dismiss the tool (no action required), or if you die.
Pact of the Chronicler: While you have the Book of Shadows granted by the Pact of the Tome feature on your person, all of the spells included in The Scholar's Expanded Spell List feature are considered learned by you. Additionally, whenever you finish a long rest, you can replace up to your Intelligence modifier amount of warlock spells you learned from your Pact Magic feature with other spells from the warlock spell list. The new spell must be the same level as the spell you replace.
Mind Fortifications
Beginning at 10th level, your mind has expanded, preparing you for any attacks that might target it. You gain advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma saving throws. Additionally, you can sacrifice your own defenses to bolster those of your allies. When a creature within 30ft of you is subject to an Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma saving throw, you can use your reaction to give them advantage on that roll. After using this feature, you temporarily lose your advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma saving throws granted by this feature until the end of your next turn.
Passive Regeneration
Starting at 14th level, your body becomes accustomed to various types of experimental research. At the end of a short rest, you can spend a Hit Die to regain all of your lost Hit Points.
