Base Class: Monk
The Way of Divinity is the Monk’s way of worshipping the Gods and their eternal might. Monks of this way often dedicate themselves to spreading the learnings of their gods over the world and find great joy in accomplishing special tasks for their gods.
Divine Domain
At 3 level, you can choose one Divine Domain from the cleric. You gain some of the effects granted to clerics in your domain, but you also get different ones instead, as detailed in the subclass description.
Channel Divinity
At 3 level, you gain the ability to channel divine energy directly from your deity, using that energy to fuel magical effects. You start with two such effects: Potent Ki and a 2 level effect determined by your domain. Some domains grant you additional effects as you advance in levels, as noted in the domain description; you do not get these additional effects.
When you use your Channel Divinity, you choose which effect to create. You must then finish a short or long rest to use your Channel Divinity again.
Some Channel Divinity effects require saving throws. When you use such an effect from this class, the DC equals your ki save DC.
Beginning at 6th level, you can use your Channel Divinity twice between rests, and beginning at 18th level, you can use it three times between rests. When you finish a short or long rest, you regain your expended uses.
Channel Divinity: Potent Ki. You call on the power of your deity to replenish your energy. You gain back all your expended ki points and gain 5 temporary hit points.
Divine Inspiration
At 6 level, the gods can imbue you with extra speed. As a bonus action, you can expend 1 ki point to take the Dash, Dodge and Disengage actions as bonus actions for the next minute.
Divine Sight
At 11 level, your gods give you the ability to see into the future. When you finish a long rest, roll 3d20 and record the rolls. You can then use your reaction to expend 1 ki point to replace any attack, ability check or saving throw rolls with one of the numbers you rolled. When you expend one die, you can’t use it again.
You can re-roll your dice again when you finish a long rest.
Immortal Rejuvination
At 17 level, divine magic infuses your very being. You can regain all your expended ki points between combat encounters, even if you are doing a strenuous activity, as long as you spend no ki points between combat encounters.
In addition, you can use your reaction when you are hit by an attack to spend ki points to increase your AC; your AC increases by the number of ki points you spent for the next minute.
