Biting Words

At 3rd level, you can distract your foes from resisting effects with one of your patented insults. When a foe rolls to make a skill check or save, except death saves, you can use your reaction to expend and roll one of your Bardic Inspiration and subtract that from their save. You can do this after the d20 is rolled, but you must decide to use this ability before the DM announces success or failure.

Stand-Up Routine

At 6th level, as an action, Choose a number of creatures within 30ft. of you who can see and/or hear you, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). Each target must succeed a Wisdom saving throw against your Spell save DC or a Charisma(Performance) check (whichever is higher). If they fail the saving throw then they are subject to the effects of the Tasha’s Hideous Laughter spell until the start of your next turn. If they pass the saving throw then they are immune to the effects of this feature for 8 hours.

Once you use this feature, you cant use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

The Ugly Sidelines

At 14th level, if a creature fails a rolls while being affected by your bardic inspiration, you can receive inspiration for some quick-witted insults for the foes around(10ft) them, foes have to make a wisdom roll or receive 1d4 of psychic damage and be goaded by you, having disadvantage on all attack rolls  against targets other than you until the end of your next turn
