Base Class: Monk
Taught by a deep circle of Druidic Monasteries, the Way of the Growing Rose practices the thought that all life is like that of the Rose. Planted as a sprouting, helpless seed, to them growing thorns from the hardship of adolescence, to then brimming with brilliant beauty as a bright young Rose.
Life in this way grows like the Rose, and that Ki is the link that which forges our connection with floral creatures.
Forested Acclimation
At 3rd Level, you gain a climbing speed equal to your walking speed, and can perch on sheer vertical spaces. You also ignore difficult terrain, whether magical or not.
Botanical Soul
At 3rd Level, you learn the Druidcraft cantrip, as well as the language of Sylvan. You also gain proficiency with any musical instrument of your choice.
Tranquil Reservoir
When choosing this Monastic Tradition at level 3, you have been taught to understand the microscopic structures of living creatures and how to utilize your Ki to mend damage dealt to such structure.
When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 1 Ki point to opt to deal out healing proportional to your Martial Arts die instead of bludgeoning Damage. In addition, a willing creature can choose to allow your unarmed strike to hit regardless of the attack roll.
Mirari Rose Arts
At 6th Level, your study of the Growing Rose has developed to a finesse ability to perform its specialized arts. You learn the following techniques:
Petal Step Technique: When you use the Step of the Wind Feature, your form bursts into a cloud of rose petals to traverse seamlessly. You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed, and cannot be targeted by oppritunity attacks. This effect ends on the end of your turn.
Scarlet Thorn Technique: When you use the Patient Defense Feature, until the start of your next turn, all melee attacks targeting you also deal your martial arts die in piercing damage to the attacker.
Rooted Prison Technique: You can now grapple a creature from 30 feet away. You can also spend 1 Ki point to attempt to grapple a creature as a bonus action.
Druidic Mysticism
At level 11, your connection to the mystical forces of nature has granted your a much greater attunement to your natural chakra. Your Tranquil Reservoir can now restore those of the Poisoned, Charmed, Stunned, Blinded, or Deafened Conditions. In addition, you learn the following Mirari Rose Arts:
Floral Speech Technique: As an action, you can spend 4 Ki points to cast Speak with Plants.
Carmine Sense Technique: You can spend 3 Ki points to cast Commune with Nature as a Ritual.
Archhermit
At 17th Level, your intuitive understanding of the life force of living creatures grants you the ability to shield and coddle said force. When a creature drops to 0 hit points, and you are within 15 feet of that creature, you can spend 5 ki points as a reaction to rapidly transfer some of your Ki to quickly wreath and sustain their chakra, making them drop to 1 instead. When this occurs, the creature also gains your monk class levels in temporary hit points, and a bonus to their AC equal your Wisdom Modifier until the end of your next turn.
