Base Class: Bard
Every year, children across the realms write to some magical being in the hopes of being deemed worthy of gifts being bestowed upon them. Some accidentally become inducted into a cult, misunderstanding their use of the word gifts in the marketing. Others have their letters make their way to you. Either under the employ of some festive being, or you simply want to make a child happy, you respond.
Inspirational prose
You may grant your inspiration to a creature via spells such as message or sending. The spell can only affect a single creature for this to work. Additionally, inspiration may be granted in a written form providing the receiveing creature can read the writing. Once read, the words loose their inspirational qualities to anyone else.
Magical words
When casting a spell, you may instead write a short letter laced with the magic of the spell itself as long as the range of the spell is self or touch. A creature may read this letter and gain the effects of the spell. Casting a spell in this manner will consume the spell slot (unless a cantrip) and any material components. Once the letter is read, it looses any and all magical properties.
Determined delivery
While holding a letter containing inspiration or a spell intended for another creature, your base movement speed is increased by 10ft. If the letter is forcibly taken from you, you have advantage on any attack roll on any creature currently holding the letter until you reclaim it or until it is delivered to its intended recipient.
Same day delivery
While holding a letter intended for a creature containing either a spell or bardic inspiration, you may cast the teleport once with an off target outcome once per day.
