Lightning Soul

You have unlocked the lightning within your soul.  Using you ki, you can manifest your lightning soul into special lightning abilities.

Lightning Fists

At 3rd level : As a bonus action, you can spend 1 ki to manifest your Lightning Soul through your fists.  Lightning shrouds your fists for 10 minutes.  Your unarmed strikes deal an additional +2 lightning damage.  You can use your wisdom modifier in lieu of your strength or dexterity modifiers on your unarmed attacks and damage.  

Lightning Speed

At 3rd level : Your Lightning Soul increases your natural reaction speed, the more levels you gain the more it affects you.  At 3rd level your unarmored armor class and dexterity saving throws increase by 2.  At 6th level your unarmored armor class and dexterity saving throws increase by 4.  At 14th level your unarmored armor class and dexterity saving throws increase by 6.  These bonuses do not stack with themselves.

As a bonus action, you can spend 2 ki to move 60 feet in a straight line.  This movement is so fast that you do not provoke attacks of opportunity, you also do not have time to make attacks mid movement.

Shocking Knockback

At 6th level : While your Lightning Fists are active, when you deal lightning damage you can push your target up to 10 feet away.

Lightning Shield

At 11th level : As a bonus action, you can spend 2 ki to manifest a Lightning Shield around your body for 1 minute.  When hit by an enemy within 5 feet of you, the enemy takes lightning damage equal to your wisdom modifier.

While your Lightning Shield is active you can expend 1 ki as an action to push your shield away from you in a cone.  This 15’ cone deals 8d6 lightning damage to enemies within it and half as much if they make a Dexterity save vs DC (DC = 8 + proficiency bonus + wisdom modifier)..  This is a free action and can be performed at the same time as the bonus action to create the shield.  Pushing your shield away from you creating this cone, it expends the shield.

Lightning Form

At 17th level : As a bonus action, you can spend 7 ki to manifest your Lightning Soul by changing yourself into your Lightning Form for 1 minute.  In this form you Lightning Fists are activated and supercharged to deal your unarmed strike damage plus 2d6 lightning damage.  Your Lightning Speed ability is supercharged to give you a constant Dodge for the duration.  Your Shocking Knockback is supercharged to allow you to push your enemies up to 20 feet when you deal lightning damage to them.  Your Lightning Shield is supercharged to deal damage to enemies that hit you within 5 feet equal to 5 + your wisdom modifier in lightning damage.  Your Lightning cone is also supercharged to a 30 foot cone. 

In addition to supercharging your lesser abilities, you also gain a fly speed equal to your unarmored movement speed.
