You gain abilities based on your patron..

Aspect of the Dragon

You gain resistance to damage related to your choice of draconic patron. Silver is cold damage. Additionally, your unarmored AC is 13 plus your dexterity modifier.

Additionally, you can summon a spectral dragon tail. As a reaction when a creature misses you with a melee attack, make a melee spell attack. The damage dealt by this attack is 1d8 + your Charisma modifier elemental damage based on your draconic patron. When you reach 10th level, the damage increase to to 2d8 + your Charisma modifier.

 

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.

 

Additional Spells

Your choice of Ancient Dragon lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. Choose an element and an alignment. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Starting at 6th level, your internal fortitude to elemental damage is increased. You gain resistance to the damage type of your draconic patron.

 

Additionally, whenever you make a melee attack you deal an additional 1d4 elemental damage of your draconic patron.

Wings of Escape

Starting at 10th level, you can flee combat on dragons wings. As a reaction when you take damage you sprout spectral dragon wings. Each creature within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC or take 2d6 + your Charisma modifier bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone, or half as much on a successful one and is not knocked prone. You also gain the benefits of the disengage action, and for 1 minute have a flying speed of 40 feet.

 

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

 

Voice of the Dragon Master

Starting at 14th level, you can channel the power of your patron to let out a ferocious draconian roar. Each creature of the your's choice that is within 120 feet of you that can hear you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. 

 

Additionally, each creature of your choice in a 45-foot cone must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or take 4d6 Thunder damage plus 4d6 elemental damage damage determined by your draconic patron, or half as much on a success.
