Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

For some barbarians, rage does not come from within, but from without. The path of the sugar rush is a sugar induced rage. These barbarians have learned to harness the power of the sugar to give them an edge in battle. Often seen suckling on hard candy to ease their craving, downing a handful of pure sugar as battle commences to induce a sugar rush.

Sugar Rush

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can go into a sugar rush when you rage. If you do so, for the duration of your rage, you are under the
effects of the haste spell (minus + 2 AC and may only use the extra action for attacking and dashing). When you take damage at the start of your next turn, make a constitution saving throw (dc 10 + number of rounds under this effect) or your rage ends. When your rage ends, make a constitution saving throw (dc 10 + number of rounds under this effect) or become poisoned for 1 hour.

Sugary Speed

Beginning at 6th level, your agility increases in your rage. While you are raging you can take the help or disengage action as a bonus action.

Sugar Overload

Starting at 10th level, you learn to use your sugar against your foes. During your sugar rush make a breath weapon attack, throwing up the sugar you have consumed. Each enemy in a 30ft cone must make a dexterity saving throw (dc 8 + proficiency bonus + constitution modifier). On a failed save, each creature takes 3d6 force damage + 3d6 poison damage (or half as much on a successful one) and is slowed for 1 minute. Once you use this feature your sugar rush ends. The damage increases by 2d6 at 14th and 18th level.

Sugary Reactions

Beginning at 14th level, while your raging you gain the Uncanny dodge action ability. You can also have a number of reactions per round equal to 1 + your Dexterity modifier.
