Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Entertainer and deadly thrower.

Entertainer

You are an joggler and knife thrower, which you can use to perform for others. When you make a charisma (performance) check to joggle of show of your knife throwing skills, you can add you dexterity modifier to that roll.

Throwing expert

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level,

You become an expert with small throwing weapons. Daggers, throwing axes and even light hammers are deadly when you throw them. Throwing axes and light hammers count as finesse weapons when you throw them and all thrown weapons have an extra 10ft range.

You can also draw them really quickly and don’t need any action to do so as long as they are within reach and not packed away (in a backpack or similar).

You are so good with your throwing weapons that you can even be more precise with your attacks, making them more lethal even when your enemy isn’t distracted. When you attack with a thrown weapon (dagger, axe, hammer or dart) and you don’t have disadvantage you can take a -3 to hit to try and get a more deadly strike. When this attack hit it counts as a sneak attack.

Ambidextrous

Your joggle training has ensured that both your hands and arms are equally precise. You gain the dual-wielding fighting style. If you use this to throw a weapon but you already used your sneak attack this turn, the second attack can still sneak attack but only if it hit a different creature. The sneak attack for this second hit will deal half (rounded down) of the normal extra d6’s of damage.

Pin

By 13th level, Your precision can be used to restrain a creature by throwing a dagger, axe or dart to pin it to a nearby wall or the floor with its clothes. The creature must be wearing something that you can pierce (cloth or leather) and it must not be in combat with you. Make an normal attack, but instead of doing damage the creature is restrained and it must make a DC15 strength check to break free.

Fast precision

When you reach 17th level,  Your hands are now so fast when throwing weapons that you can make two extra attacks as an bonus action when using it to throw light weapons. Only one of these extra attacks can sneak attack (following the rule of your ambidextrous feature).

In addition you can now pin creatures with your attacks even when they are in combat with you.
