Base Class: Bard
Most bards are known for their extravagant and boisterous energy when socialising, yet there's the tale of those who are more reserved and introverted. They've never wanted to be the center of attention and certainly aren't noticed as much, but despite all of that, their works are known and famous just like any other bard.
Shut Mouth
When you join the College of Silence at 3rd level, you can cast the spell Silence once per short rest.
A Tear for Quietness
Also at 3rd level, you give up on trying to live up to people's expectations and the usage of instruments, instead you always have a beloved book by your side, that also works as a spellcasting focus. When you rip a page off your book as an action, you can choose a target within 60 feet of you to make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On failure, the target takes 1d8 psychic damage.
This spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
I Had It Enough
At 6th level, your words are powerful and if you have kept yourself from voicing your opinion or talked in general for an hour or longer, your next sentence would mean just that much more. As an an action you can choose a target to speak to within 60 feet that can hear you(though it need not understand you). It must make a wisdom saving throw or take 6d6 psychic damage and become paralyzed until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, it takes half damage and does not become paralyzed.
This spell's damage increases by 1d6 for each hour mute, to a maximum of 5 hours and a damage input of 10d6.
Shy Encounter
Starting at 14th level, you learn two special abilities to use, when you use one, you must finish a short rest before you can use either one of them again.
- You can choose to gain an advantage on persuasion rolls made against a targeted creature that you can see and hasn't spoken to you in the past 10 minutes(or can't talk), for a minute, and you must be the first one to talk to it.
- You can choose to use an action to speak and make a large or smaller size creature that knows at least 1 language do a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or become prone. It can repeat the saving throw at the start of each of its turns.
