Base Class: Bard
College of Gourmet bards often specialize in knife fighting, creating and detecting poisons, and brewing special potions to support their teammates.
Born Nutritionist
After a long or short rest, you can expend one of your Bardic Inspiration to cook a meal and lace it with magic to enhance its nutrition. Everyone who eats the meal (up to 6 creatures) gains advantage on their next ability check, their next attack roll, and their next saving throw.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of Swords at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor and the scimitar.
If you’re proficient with a simple or martial melee weapon, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells.
Refined Palate
At 3rd level, you learn to make the most out of drinking potions. The effectiveness of all potions you drink is enhanced by 20%. Potions that last a length of time last 20% longer. Potions that have immediate effects (ie Potions of Healing) have the amount of benefit multiplied by 120% (For example, if you drink a Potion of Healing and restore 10 HP, you now instead restore 12 HP)
Exotic Appetite
Starting at 6th level, you are immune to poison embedded in food or drink, as well as the poisoned status condition. You can also detect poisons in foods and drinks that you consume without casting Detect Poison and Illness.
King's Feast
Starting at 14th level, whenever you use your Born Nutritionist ability, everyone who eats your food gains advantage on Charisma checks and saves until their next short rest. This does not count towards any ability checks and saves granted by Born Nutritionist normally.
