Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

For some barbarians, rage is a means to an end— that end being violence. Not you though. The path of the coward is for those barbarians who can't necessarily overpower their opponents through their traditional barbarian means. This path can lead you to control both your anger and your cowardice.

Flailing Attack

When you make your first Attack on Your Turn whilst panicking, you can decide to Attack safely. Doing so gives you disadvantage on melee weapon Attack Rolls using Strength during this turn, but Attack Rolls against you have disadvantage until your next turn.

Panic

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can go into a panic instead of a rage. If you do so, for the duration of your panic you can make a single melee weapon attack as a bonus action on each of your turns after this one. When your panic ends, you suffer one level of exhaustion.

Be Brave!

Beginning at 6th level, you can’t be charmed whilst raging or frightened while panicking. If you are charmed or frightened when you enter your respecting emotion , the effect is suspended for the duration.

Panic Damage

When you are panicking, once per turn you can add Panic Damage  onto a damage roll. This damage is equal 1 x the amount of people that are around you.

(This increases to 2 x at 5th level, 3 x at 10th Level, 4 x at 15th level.)

Anyone but me!

When a melee attack is made against you, you can use your reaction to stand behind an ally within 5ft of you to ensure that they get hit instead of you.

Pathetic Presence

Beginning at 10th level, If you are not in direct combat you can use your action to become invisible due to you giving off the idea that you are not a threat and just worthless to even look at. When you do so, you fall under the effects of the Invisibility spell but only until the end of your next turn at most.

Bravery is in short supply.

Starting at 14th level, you can use your reaction to taking damage to cast Heroism at 3rd level. A target needs to be able to see you for this to work and your Spell casting modifier is your strength.
