Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Spectres at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with Religion,History,and Arcana checks regarding undead,spirits,and similar topics

Spirit Tongue

Also at 3rd level,your connection to ghostly energy lets you cast Speak to Undead at will without expending a spell slot or components. Your attacks deal an additional 1d8(or 4) Necrotic damage,which increases to a 1d12(or 6) if your initial attack is a Critical hit(nat 20) OR if you have Advantage on your attack roll. This increases to 2d8/2d12 at level 5,3d8/3d12 at level 8,4d8/4d12 at level 11,and 5d8/5d12 at level 15

Hollowed Souls

You can cast the spell Spiritual Weapon without expending a spell slot or components. Furthermore,you can expend 1 use of your Bardic Inspiration and choose not to expend a Spell Slot when casting a Spell that is 1st level or higher

Restless Spirits

You have no need to sacrifice your Bardic Inspiration with the Hollowed Souls ability. If you choose to sacrifice it anyway,you can cast 2 Spells that are 1st level or higher without expending a Spell Slot. If you choose to sacrifice your Bardic Inspiration anyway,you can use the result of the roll(or 3) and temporarily add it as a bonus to your Spell Save DC and spell damage for 1 Minute(10 Rounds)
